Investing is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

@@eadad4371 Alright so generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (REGINA LOUISE COLLARO) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her.
She made me financially stable investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy...So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.

Have you heard people talk about - Ponlijah Memorable Preponderance - (do a search on google ) ? I love what you say about preparation up front saving time (lots of it!) down the line. This is so my experience and I have always resisted it when people try to rush me into action first. To me, this is like the exam tip, "Read the question carefully and get clear what the question is asking for before you answer it."
I know some people criticise SMART goals in the context of creating an inspiring big dream for life, but in the context of something like a team work project and ensuring continuous progress, I think it's a fantastic way of ensuring the project stays on track.

I have a varied set of SMART goals set with differing time requirements (this month, next 6 months, year, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years & retirement.) It seems excessive at first but knowing that as each day passes if I am able to get one little thing done with each goal I will eventually run out of bullet points to check off. I set lots of little goals for myself so that I can feel confident that I am always moving forward with SOMETHING. When I achieve the bigger goals I am extremely gratified not only in the realization of said goal but when I realize that I planned it, set into motion that plan, adjusted as necessary while applying DETERMINATION & PERSISTENCE until its realization.
Your books and videos have not made my life perfect but applying your principles I have been able to move mountains in my own life and even pass this knowledge on to others. I find it frustrating that people who are leaders, managers, or administration either do not know about these principles or blatantly ignore their application. The world economy could easily be boosted simply by treating subordinate employees as assets everywhere rather than just tools.
    Thank you for everything.

I love how you mention time off as a reward. If you're working hard, that's a great motivator!
I find that if you complete a task ahead of schedule, this should be common sense to let staff go home early. Also telling them in advance about the reward is great advice too! That way everyone feels happier, and the team actually works together at that point.

I didn't think this video kept with the title message, but the material was related. I keep some CD presentations I have from you on goals to inspire me when I need it. I recognized most of the information here. SMART goal setting is very hard for me because I have some large ones that require more than I have... so I have always tried to figure out what I could do. Time limits also are a problem. I have been going over my goals yet again, and this video helped me to think of making good very small goals as the path to reaching my big goals. I hope this new effort will help me... only time will tell.
