These are so ridiculous. No one lives or even lived like this. This taught women to think they were not as important as men. I have been a housewife and mother for 44 years and we are still happy together because we are EQUAL. he brought the $ home. I took care of everything with house and family. It is what I wanted too. If one side gets all the perks, the other side starts to feel slighted. We knew my job was just as important as his, as our house would not function without one or the other. But NON ONE cleaned house in a dress, heels, and pearls. It is ridiculous to suggest that they did.
