- Suffering a 1st round defeat at my first Padel Grade 2 Tournament was a tough one to get over.
However, I had significant things to improve upon.
Watch as I have 2 lessons with GB’s #6, Jake Bewley, and then face off against him in a super tight and insane championship tiebreak.

Ah thank you very much - I appreciate that loads 😎
Great to see some padel content from a fellow leftie! Sparse coverage for the leftie brotherhood, keep up the good work..I’ll enjoy watching your journey.
Thanks so much! We are few and far between aren’t we - I’m raising the flag for the lefties! Thanks again 😊

Thanks so much for the comment! I will do ☺️
Fun video😊
Thank you very much 😊
Another great vid 👏 definitely seeing an improvement in confidence which is translating to better play. The attacking volleys are really good. My only advice would be a little more emotion in the opening scenes 👍
Yeah noted on the emotion man 😂…thanks in regards to seeing the confidence improvement, just hope I can translate it into the Grade 4! 😬
Nice vid again. You said technically your smash was out but I didn't understand why. I think the smash you meant bounced in then hit glass, then second bounce was on other side ("out"), but I thought usual rule is either first or second bounce in means the ball is good?
Thank you! Appreciate it 😊… Yeah normally I play second bounce, which technically means the smash was out on the second bounce I guess, but..he is GB’s #6 so…😂, plus I also sometimes don’t play those rules either - thanks again for the comment!
@MyPadelJourney Ah OK. For the rules I'm familiar with, there's no technicality, your smash is in because first bounce was in.
Well I shall take that for sure!! Thanks for letting me know 😎
Many variations to the rule maybe. When I play cross with second bounce, we still count balls good if they touch the correct side first and second bounce is “out”
Yeah I think that’s a fair compromise ruling - nice one 😎
