The Sega CD version predicts Vanna White who took over Pat Sajak temporarily if he's out of commission such as his surgery before returning back on stage. The wheel is too heavy for her to spin while the others such as the Disney characters from Disneyland took over her spot on the puzzle board
Had this game as a kid...was probably one of Wheel's best VG versions of the era (though later superseded by Hasbro's 1998 PC CD-ROM conversion), and loved how it included the complete 1989-92 theme song and several prize cues as playable audio tracks!
"From Hollywood, it's America's most watched game show! Filled with fun, glamor, prizes, surprises! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEL of Fortune! And now, here's your hostess, Vanna White!"
this version was super slow! the N64 version was much faster, but still a fun game! for some reason i had to use fusion v.3.63, wouldn't work with 3.64!
At least they got the theme song right...unlike the Genesis and SNES ports. But why not go whole hog and bring in Pat Sajak? Was Vanna really that much more marketable?
callmemarc This isn't the first version. I had an earlier one and later one that was also hosted by Vanna. I don't think Pat wants anything to do with the games on DVD/computer. etc.
Whenever I see ANYTHING Wheel of Fortune I ALWAYS think of my friend who bought WOF on the N64 for like 4-5 $. We played it it sucked :S He gave it to me I bring it into EB Games and they offer 29.00 CREDIT XD. I gave the credit to him and he bought Battle Zone, But it was sooo FUNNY, his expression when they said 29 XD

Pat Sajak will appeared on Wii.

Cindy must have "connections" to have been a contestant on both Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
0:56-1:15 They were on drugs when they made that intro.

I watch Wheel of Fortune at 7:30pm on KABC-TV & KATU 2.
If Slowbeef and Diabetus thought Jeopardy! was great, they'd love this. "That's correct!"
"That was very good!"
Kei Nanjo "That's correct, H is a letter."
*Vanna starts rubbing the top of the camera and making out*
Kei Nanjo "You are nothing but Player One to me. You have no name. I don't care if you live or die."
Grant Fikes where the full commentary to the whole game?
Fuck Snatcher, this is the true Killer App for the Mega CD.

Does anyone feel like the cutscene timings are glitched because Vanna seems to say phrases like “that’s correct” at wrong times
Vannas just walking by the letters as they turn maybe it was an prototype of the puzzleboard in use since 1997
Gotta admit the Sega CD version of wheel 🎡 of fortune 🔮 takes me back 🔙 to 🍷🍻 1988 the year of my birth
What a game. It even uses the same contestants as Jeopardy. The Sega CD deserved better.
