To the ridiculous reply up there 👆 Not hardly...if the plaintiff had ignored the fact that his visa expired and didn't bother to get it renewed, but instead chose to stay anyway, THEN he would be "an illegal." That's not what happened. He chose to get his visa renewed through the proper channels, which is legal. Good Lord.

@@MrDownbyme You can be in the US on an expired F1 while maintaining your student status. You need a valid SEVIS record and an i20. It's possible that the plaintiff went to renew his visa passport stamp while everything else was in order.

Gosh! The plaintiff is shaking throughout! As an international student myself, I can't imagine what the plaintiff went through coming back to USA & finding that his wicked roommate of 5 years has done all this to him. Life as an international student is hard enough especially when it comes to applying for visa's etc.

Believe it or not, a lot of wicked folks are being brought before JJ for earthly judgement. Yahweh often places JUDGES down here for that specific reason. Don't believe me? There's a whole book of the Bible about it. Your judge may not be a literal judge; it could be your spouse or a friend. But sometimes your judge is an actual judge. JJ was chosen for this and I think she does an excellent job of EXPOSING the wicked.

SO unless he paid the ahole storage fees he is screwed. People think if they leave a place and leave stuff behind, they intend on coming back for, they no long have to pay rent, however, they are still legally obligated to pay rent or a storage fee. They think oh dude was my friend all good. NOPE you need a written release or contract stating he will store for free, or you owe rent for every month until you clear all your stuff out. In the first part, the defendant said that he couldn't get a hold on the plantiff until 1-2 months (or 3 days) before the plantiff got back to the US. @1:07 the defendant said "he's been asking me for months because he wants something different" and then @2:33 the defendant says that he could get a hold of the plantiff through Facebook Messenger lmao this guy is a real p.o.s. and I'm so glad that JJ caught that racist remake and made sure to the defendant that she caught that!

As of part 2, clearly there is a lot untold between the two. And this is why I really do not appreciate deceptive court cases on JJ. Judge, he illegally sold my car. No I signed it with intend to sell and he sold it after car was shown. Ok here I am suing the guy for the car that was sold because he did exactly what I asked him. I mean I get that defendent is a smug snarky son of a gun but honestly... plaintiff is umm.. really hoping not to trip over whatever words that inspire him to be word constipated. Language barrier, clearly is not it.
I'm sympathetic to the defendant. His roommate of several years gets deported, leaves property with him along with authorization to sell it, maintains possession of the room for which he's no longer paying, and eventually ceases to be reachable. And somehow he's a monster for correctly stating the reason why the roommate left.

He did not get deported. JJ herself already corrected the defendant about that.
