Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but I gotta say this: Judge Milan finishes this case off by telling the litigants to come back with evidence they claim they have. She also says that if anyone doesn't have what they claim they do "will be in trouble with the court." The problem is, just as with this court, if all of the small claims courts around the world were to prosecute perjury to just a small fraction of a degree it's committed, they'd need to build special "contempt of court type" prisons everywhere just to house them. Thus, being convicted of perjury due to false testimony in a small claims court is as common as being arrested for adultery - it just won't happen even though it's on the books.

My father doesn’t even have a debit card, he goes to the bank every Saturday and takes out some cash from the teller for little things throughout the week, he pays his bills by writing a check and mailing it, or he uses his charge card and then pays it in full every month (by check via snail mail 😂)
