That’s the weird thing about this season. Every team looks beatable and there are so many mid teams that it feels like almost any of them can get in the playoffs.

The Steelers defense allowing yards is a consequence of having to be on the field for many drives each game, meaning it will add up. The offense can’t keep the ball, and the defense has to score itself. It is absolutely a good unit, but it allows softer things to happen in hopes a turnover can happen as that’s the only way they win
Injuries haven’t helped either. Heyward and Minkah both missing extended time. Now cole Holcomb who wore the green dot is out for the season.
So are the saints defense it catches up to you soon. When your offense can’t score cdnbi Steelers saints are the same team

This is the most positive review for my NY Jets across the entire internet. If you saw the last 2 games.. there’s no way they get an A-. Every possession is a punt, 3rd downs are impossible, and our O-line is a theme park turnstile.. and there’s no quick fix in sight. Aaron coming back is a pipe dream and even if he does, it will be too little too late. I was jaded in the beginning. Now I’m realistic.

The lack of a pass rush concerns me especially when we get to the playoffs against good QBs

Looking back this, it feels very different now. Eagles collapsing. Bengals out but with a winning record. Broncos turned it around but ultimately couldn't get there. Bills rising. Miami usual December. Cowboys flaming out. Eagles collapsing. Jets with Trevor. Steelers good again? Browns with Flacco. Chiefs cannot get out of their own way. Midseason versus now.

Edit: I have a message for literally everyone who cant seem to take a joke. I am not a real soldier, nor have I ever been, so i realize that a line in my comment could be offensive to some people. But i know war more than most people would. A decent number of my relatives, including my great-grandfather, all served in the military, and some have died. So while i haven’t served, I see it as honoring their legacy. Also, it’s a fucking BenchwarmerBran video. Not a memorial video to Vietnam. Go accuse people of dishonoring legacies there. As someone from Georgia (a Falcons fan persay), I have to agree. How the Falcons have a better/ same record as Colts, Chargers, Commanders, Texans is insane. How they lost the Vikings game is beyond crazy they had 3 plus takeaway vs them... and some how still lost.

So I'm a Steelers fan. I see us at 6-3 and think, 'How the f*** are we 6-3?" Honestly, your assessment of someone who didn't study and did well anyways it probably the most accurate thing I've heard all year.
As a Vikings fan, I'll take a B. That 1-4 start should easily be 5-0 minus all the damn turnovers we had. Each one was winnable. Hopefully it last, but probably won't once teams figure out Dobbs and Hall if he returns from protocol

Steelers defence look worse on paper because they are on the field the whole game due to the lack of offensive production. They constantly force turnovers and pressure

Bryce's problem is he looks tremendously small out there, but he doesn't have the ability to move like Kyler. Yes Drew Brees is also small, but he's also torso heavy. Bryce looks like he's 150 soaking wet. If given the chance with a good O-Line he might be an okay starter, but unfortunately he's starting to press and make terrible decisions.
Bryce ain't the problem. Every other rookie QB would be in the exact same spot- sacked or pressured all the time because our o-line appears to be made of butter with receivers who - apart from Thielen - could not even spell the word "separation". Also, our RB room is a joke with Chuba completely overtaking Sanders. Even Viska is better at this point. The defence is massacred by injuries. With Brian Burns, YGM, Shaq and Houston out we have only Frankie remaining at LB. Our secondary is crumpets, with our safeties and Trey Hill being the only bright spot in the defence. The only good part of the team is the special teams unit. We need this season to end asap, win at least a few games until then (or the Bears get 1st overall), re-sign Frankie and Brian Burns and then fucking fire the entire front office. Fitterer and Tepper have completely ruined us. Reich apparently sucks. Appoint Evero as HC and try to sign an entire o-line in the off-season, as well as Tee Higgins.
Fire the O-Line coach. The 5 starters have all been historically good, but they are playing like all 5 are practice squad guys. The most logical conclusion other than all 5 having an off year in the same year is that they are being poorly coached, poorly lead, and poorly prepared.
@@lukeward1714 well there are exceptions. Can't really blame Brady Christensen for being injured since week 1. Also, Austin deserves some more time. As for the rest (apart from TMo) I have no words.

As a Panthers fan, I think you were way too generous. I’m not ready to say Bryce is a bust yet, but our offense is completely and totally incompetent. We deserve an f+, I would say an f-, but our defense and special teams deserves some credit.

So when it comes to my beloved 49ers I’m convinced Purdy was playing concussed three weeks in a row. Look how his performance changed so drastically after that helmet to helmet hit against the Browns. The change was immediate. Still, with Steve Wilkes as the DC (trash) and the defense playing down to his reputation, and the team being built to play with a lead, I’d give them a C+

This year is even weirder than last year
as an Eagles fan i was kinda disappointed with our final score like yes we had 1 less win than last year ( i think i alr forgot all bout last year ) but it just felt like after Bills Overtime win they stopped caring bout winning we barley make wildcard and then nobody can play the game like i know injurys happen and most of our star players where the injured ones but still i expected more from a team that beat cowboys, chiefs, dolphins, and bills in a row

It’s interesting looking back
As a Falcons fan, I not only accept but agree with the F grade. With a good offensive scheme this team would quite honestly be undefeated. And I know that because almost every one of our games has been close and we settle for field goals and punts more than almost anyone in the league. So yeah, under a good head coach and a good offensive scheme this team could be undefeated with a firm grasp on the division. Dreams, huh? Anyway, the F grade is completely fair. Arthur Smith fucks everything up and our front office refuses to fire him. F indeed.
And we all know damn well that we'll finish just good enough to not draft any of the elite QBs

But as an interim head coach…you could do much worse in my opinion. So I’d say I’d certainly want to give either of them at least a shot at it.
Yeah I had the false hope too with bringing in an actual OC and thinking Mac would bounce back. The early losses to Philly and Miami had me optimistic since they were literal inches from completing comebacks, that optimism destroyed being outscored 72-3 vs Dallas and New Orleans and watching Mac throw game losing interceptions like it's a calling card. ISTG if we lose to the Giants after the bye week, everyone deserves to be fired, Bill included.
Bill should never have been given the role of GM, but years ago that roll should have been given away to someone else. Bill saved this team while ruining this team in his two roles.
The Montez Sweat trade makes sense only if Ryan Poles believes that the Bears are truly only a few pieces away from actually being able to win games...which, as a Bears fan I'd also love to believe, but as long as Getsy is the OC, I don't see us having much success on offense, at least not on a consistent basis. He keeps regressing in his playcalling to where he wants to run the same plan he ran with Rodgers in GB...that is not what Fields or Bagent can do best, so calling that style of game is not a winning strategy...The Defense has improved since Flus took over the playcalling duties at least. Not fully consistent yet, but we've already seen a benefit from the trade for Sweat.

Yeah the best bet for the Buccs is to keep Baker another year, as they're not going to get a high enough draft pick to get one of the best QBs in the draft, and get a good weapon. Either draft a QB in the later round or wait until 2025.

As a Raiders fan, I can't be mad about it because you are right. I do like that Mark Davis finally fired McDumbass and Antonio Pierce seems to have things looking positive. Looking forward to the Miami game which will be a huge test and as long as we are at least competitive with them I will be happy, but I have no delusions that we have much of a chance winning it (even though I want us to and hope things go our way).

I am not sure "competitive" is the word I would use. The Raiders with AP at the helm is only 5 and 4 with disgraceful showings against Minnesota and Indianapolis. At least one of those teams we were able to defeat with another HC that had an interim next to his name. I am convinced the AP experiment has been a failure and I am sorry when you barely break .500 in nine games you failed. A new regime should be on the list of changes that should be a priority since Mark "Spare us" isn't selling the team anytime soon.
@@realbillmitchell 5-4 with a rookie, backup QB who was essentially thrown to the wolves and probably didn't get many if any first team reps at all because he wasn't the old regimes poster boy and a banged up O-Line. A rookie OC, a playbook that you didn't put together and threw most of it out to try and put a plan together.
I would rather take AP, give him at least an off season to build a program with a good OC and a chance to get a QB. The team is motivated and willing to go all out for him which is a big bonus. Personally it's a good move and one that could probably be done cheaper than an external candidate. You keep the locker room happy and fighting, make a good portion of the fan base happy and have a chance for a good push instead of a full regime change/reset of the team yet again.
We need consistency and you don't get that by changing and taking chances on external coaches every few years.

Cowboys have potential to make a run. They do have a gauntlet of Eagles at home, Bills, Dolphins, and Lions, but otherwise it’s a pretty winnable schedule. If they split with the Eagles (which is likely given how they played in Philly last week) and beat 2 of the 3 remaining in the gauntlet without losing any of their easier games (the most dangerous being both games against the Commanders), they’ll have a solid record. But this is the Cowboys we’re talking about, so implosions can happen at any time. I’m guessing they’ll win 6 of their remaining 8, end up a game or two behind Philly, get the 5th seed, go to San Francisco in the divisional round and lose the game on a dumbass play. Again. So B+ for the season overall, but a final grade of B for being disappointing and unoriginal. However, if they don’t end up playing San Francisco in the divisional round… well, honestly, they’ll probably still lose that game, but at least it’ll be different.

Best football youtuber ever
Vikings Defense (and Brian Flores in particular) deserves more credit than they're getting. Easy to talk about last year's 13 wins being lucky but it was more about a top 10 offense bailing out a bottom 1 defense week after week. This year, the defense is competitive enough to keep this team in games in their own right.
Josh Allen turning over the ball is not really why the Bills are struggling on offense. He did give the first game of the year away against the Jets, but other than that, he’s been basically pretty solid at managing the turnovers. Almost half of his INTs are of the arm punt variety, meaning the wide receiver gets out worked one on one on deep routes. What’s actually wrong with the Bills offense is hard to work out, they’re still somehow 3rd in the NFL in points with the best point differential. I would think they’ll end up being fine but losing to the Jets in a game they expected Rodgers to play and the Patriots EVER this season may come back to really bite them in the ass. They could end up being like the 2010 Chargers and when people look back they’ll be confused how they didn’t make the playoffs. Weird stuff can happen in a short sample and combined with their defensive injuries and rough schedule, they could end up on the outside looking in without ever really being bad.

Texans are literally 2 last second allowed FGs from a 6-2 record. Considering so many pundits thought they would be one of the worst teams in the league, an A is a deserved grade. They are way ahead of schedule.
You probably should have put the record under their logo or mention it for every team lol. I was confused with the jets since I don’t remember what there record is rn.
One odd thing is this year no qb is going over 5000 yards or at least is projected to. Don't get me wrong 5K yards is hard but with the stats we have seen recently and how the NFL is pass first the qb with the mostly projected passing yards is josh Allen with 4.5k which is still amazing but in my opinion this season is kinda underwhelming in the passings aspect if you look at projected stats this year to stats last year.

As a Giants fan it's tough to watch football. I almost never want to watch the team I grew up with and watched win a couple superbowls. If we don't get Caleb Williams I'll be pissed since we're already out of playoff contention unless we win our next 8 games and Tommy Devito isn't doing that.I had the Giants winning 11 games this year and redoing their schedule I had them at 3-6 for the rest of the year. I hope we can turn it back around.

Lions get their asses blown out by the Ravens, they dont take a negative for it, Seahawks get blown out by the Ravens and its all doom and gloom. Make it make sense.
