@@RigoG09 appreciate it bro, besides your mods, how's the reliability? Have you had alot of issues with it? Would you overall recommend someone else to get a Jeep Grand cherokee?

@@DocHicksTv To be honest I was very skeptical because I have always heard they weren’t that good. But surprisingly they are really reliable its had its recalls here and there but on minimal stuff overall, I would recommend this one we have has 222k miles not one issue yet with the motor or transmission, have done all oil changes and air filter changes and it runs great. Idk if you seen my other videos but my wife decided to get another one but the newer version since she likes it so much. I would recommend.

@@RigoG09 That's what I need to learn to do myself, is my own oil changes.. I seriously don't trust these mechanics. I feel like your car can be perfectly fine and going for simple oil changes they can do things to make you start having issues. I'm going to learn how to do that myself. I think that may help with the reliability of any vehicle, trying to do as much of the work yourself. I really want a Jeep, but my fiance, is skeptical. I am too but we may try it out. We was looking at 2014 or 2015 (possibly a 2016 depending on the price)... I heard to never pick the 1st year of generation because it has alot of issues. A dealership just tried to sell us a Bogus Jeep the other day that had alot of hidden issues, luckily we have a Durango. So its certain things i check for to see if its a strong vehicle.. and we found a lot of issues they tried to hide. THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
But me and my girl appreciate the the open transparency and information from a Jeep owner.. I think it of ppl pick the wrong used a cars that have been drove really hard and abused by previous owners. If I see alot of mods, I stay away, because they didnt want all that extra horsepower for nothing. Right now we are a Mopar family, yet I like the style of a Jeep overland, Summit or high altitude v8.
      Salute

@@DocHicksTv oh yes for sure I dont trust mechanics either I always do everything myself as you can see on my channel I do alot of my own work. I try to help out anyone I can bc same reason If im clueless I would like to get help from anyone as well. Like I said I was skeptical at first but honestly we did the right thing and took the chance and couldn’t be happier. The jeep is awesome, if you have a durango with the 3.6L it should be about the same and reliability is good on these jeeps. And your right these delaerships nowadays are just trying to get every penny out of someone knowing dang well the cars are not in good shape. From my experience our local dealership was really good any they didnt have any markups on the new jeeps thats another reason why we went with them as well. Im here if you have anymore questions I’ll be glad to help any way I can.
