This lady is a dietician for the NHS, and she herself probably follows the NHS Healthy Eating guidelines, which is to base all your meals round Starchy Carbohydrates. These are basically a step below processed sugary foods for raising blood glucose and causing T2D and Insulin Resistance, the main drivers of Obesity. So basically if you follow her guidelines, you too could have a body like her!

I am a dietician (holistic and registered) and to be honest you cannot judge a dietician (or other people) only by their body. Some dieticians studied dietetics..but are struggling with weight anyways.. and this can have (mayor) different causes. For example; because they became obese already when they were very young (long before they became a dietician)...and like to learn more about how grow in the field of nutrition, psychology and physiology....Because they have a medical condition..for example PCOS, or hormonal disbalans...and this is maybe why they find it difficult to lose weight...Or she is mainly specialized in the medical nutrition field (and not the psychological field) ... I don't know her reason...but I just would like to address that it's very poor to judge someone on her profession only due to her appearance. Maybe she is a very good coach and empathic person for other people who needs guidance. How she works on her health is her personal journey.

Do as I say not as I do? End of the day she would likely be the first to say don't be like me

How can someone be overweight while being a dietician its like a cs major and having no clue how a computer works...

Because dietitians know that weight is only a factor in determining someone’s health, not the deciding factor. It is society pressure you’re referring to that is so screwed up in regards to conceptions about weight.

@@rachelabbott1338 Yes it is. Obesity and unnecessary fat directly correlates to longterm health issues. Being fat is bad
