The 2024 NHL Entry Draft was huge for the Montreal Canadiens.
They drafted prospects Ivan Demidov, Michael Hage, Aatos Koivu, Logan Sawyer, Owen Protz, Tyler Thorpe, Mikus Vecvanags, Ben Merrill, Makar Khanin, and Rasmus Bergqvist.

If Putin doesn't screw things for Russian hockey players...and Russia altogether for that matter and Demidov can stay healthy this will definitely be a win for Montreal. When he gets into his prime this kid's floor is 65 to70 points a year. That's the bottom. He could easily be 100 points per season player.
