Your making this repair and upgrade look so easy, why have I been putting it off for so long.

I am so excited for you to get the upgrades on the wrecker!
In my book the wrecker is the ultimate off road vehicle!
It's gotta be tough to not only go offroad, but bring offroad rigs out of the bush.
You have one heck of a setup Eric, and I love your videos!

That has to be nice, no fenders to climb over, not much in the way of getting to bolts, downside is the time and man power to remove that front clip so work life is so much easier to do. Thank you for showing us the PSC steering system install.

I enjoy your tows and the mechanic work. The steering pump replacement was great stuff.

Cool video. Since you have the front clip off, now would be a good time to replace the belts and hard to get belts for the accessory drive.

Nothing like working all day in a shop then staying after to work all night for free! At least you know where all of the tools are supposed to be!

Awesome video buddy!! It’s definitely getting much closer to being able to go wheeling again!! It will definitely be a big up grade for sure!! But a heck of a lot easier to turn the rig!! With the air lockers that I run in both axles in my truck it can kinda be a chore to turn it when in deep mud with out a steering setup like you are installing!!! I guess it just takes time and money though!!!

Hey Eric !!! Great video with the explanation of the steering shaft !!! Back in the day ,,the wheels could be turned as you know !! Have a good week & Thanks again !!

Couldn't tell from the video; lubricating the screw on a puller makes things easier.

My 97 f350 im doing a hydro boost conversion in the spring. My pump only has 1 return so i will t the lines into 1 line. Why a diesel has vac boost brakes is beyond me. Pedal is slightly different so i got one from a junkyard donor. Looking good eric

You're right, that steering shaft isn't going to get much abuse as the rest of the system absorbs most of it. Heating and twisting shouldn't affect it.

I didn't recognize the compressor - would you discuss it in a future video? Also, no way that reservoir bracket is going to work. You did not have it chromed.

You don't need hose clamps for push-loc suction hoses, but I guess it doesn't hurt. Haha, you're so lucky to have all that under hood room for that reservoir, now you know why mine was sticking through the hood for years in my EB! No cooler though?

Point taken sir!! Like i said i am used to ,,europian/asian,, cars. Put the question and its answered. Sorry and thnks! Seccondly: you let it cool down slowly. Please note that if its cooled down with water the material gets harder and will break more easy.
