I had stage 3.5 colon cancer in 2019. We removed part of the colon containing the cancer and had half year chemo. So far cancer free. I also do IF and OMAD. Just did a follow up with my oncologist and he is comfortable about my survival. He said, up to my current status, I have less than 5% of chance to spread. So I am a cancer survivor. Let’s keep it this way.
@BubbleBurster-nv1vlhi there, I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this too!! How are you doing and is the chemo helping you?❤❤. I just had lumpectomy for hormone positive breast tumor
Eat all the spices you can especially spicy peppers. Eat them all raw. This will kill any cancer or tumor especially if eaten on a massive scale. Capsaicin iv can be used too
I know this pastor who had brain tumors and was blind and couldn’t walk for some years and she started fasting and after 40 days of fasting she was able to walk and see again and her tumors went away so maybe fasting is the key and also I know God played a role in her deliverance as well
Christians and other religious folks have been fasting for thousands of years. In India, they also did it. I believe the type of fasting must have been a water fast - your pastor drank water but did not eat food. Dr. Jason Fung has done a lot of research on fasting, and if you read his book - longer fasts are very effective. I also do believe in prayer as well. Glad your pastor is doing well.
I had cancer three years ago, spent 7 months in hospital, all treatment lasted one full year, then last August i started eating once per day and today i feel and i look better than ever
True. And the first cause of cancer is stress. Because stress attacks out immune system. Second food. I’m a therapist specialized in trauma. You can consult me online. I offer my help.
Siim Land I've done 100+ hours of dry fasting and i feel reborn everytime i do them. I don't get sick wich i always struggled to figure out why and now i know what heals Way better and faster than medicine.
Slim Land - Some areas of the world has known this for a long time, such as India and aboriginal Australia. Once we put aside instinct and stopped learning from the entire animal kingdom, we put our faith in "science", which is to say, in the Rockefeller Foundation conceived and instituted Amerian Medical Association + their 2nd gift to the world-Big Pharma.
Sorry for loss. What was the cause she had cancer?

I would only feel Bad for you if you and your family had intervened enough to realize the diet, lifestyle and other means could have had a Bigger impact than treatments. Don’t smoke, exercise and get outside, no Sugars except from fruit, but she prolly didn’t follow any of that till the day she died.. I seeiiisly have know 5 people to suffer and die from their own neglect.
@ Maybe she didnt die from cancer. Maybe she took from medical advise such as prescribe drugs or chemotherapy that kills people more than cancer itself. And why didnt she followed any natural remedy as you mentioned? Is it because you never told her about this or did she neglect lifestyles while you told her to change lifestyle and diet?
I'm so sorry, dear. I lost my dad to. . . well, to be perfectly honest, to the chemo/radiation/"advise" of the doctors("EAT CAKE IF YOU WANT TO!"), and yes, this is painful, but I am now on a mission. The lunacy must end. I did not try hard enough to make my family listen last year, when he was diagnosed, and I can never change that, but I am ARMING myself now, and we WILL overcome this mess we've allowed ourselves to be led into. LOVE to you, my lovely lady. You're a strong person.
@@jsmyth024 There is something to arm yourself with. Taking lunasin everyday will help strengthen the body's defense against disease. Check out the research and contact me. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=cancer+and+lunasin
I started fasting over two years ago. My family didn’t like it and thought it was very unhealthy. I fast pretty much everyday. When I start weighing less than I want to weigh I just open my fasting window a few hours. I went from 220 to 185. I stay around 184-190 now. When I first went down they thought I was sick and unhealthy. It took them a while to get used to it. I don’t like weighing more. It doesn’t feel good to have a really full stomach. I’ve tried everything over the years and it’s the only thing that consistently works. It’s not really that hard to do and you can bend it if you have to. Like if my wife has a birthday meal I’ll splurge. I love it. Wish I knew how to do it when I was younger
Hi Chris. I intermittently fast as well. I have Lupus & Scleroderma & have done the process of elimination to keep my inflammatory markers at bay. My son & gf came for supper yesterday and I splurged with dessert. I made carrot cake with honey instead of sugar, and use unbleached flour (no chlorine solution as well). It’s so empowering to be fine-tuned. Hugs to you. Take care.
I started fasting 43 years ago, when there was very little research on the subject. I knew Jesus said to do it so there must be something magical about it since God created our bodies and knew what they needed. It does many other good things for the body as well as kills cancer. In our 50's my husband had just come off a 21 day fast and went to the doctor to get a regular exam. The doctor entered the room after several tests and said "what in the world are you doing? You have the heart and organs of a 20 years old!!" We are now in our late 60's, do OMAD and periodic 3, 7 and 21 days fasts. We pray we never get cancer but if we do we plan to aggressively fast. Thank you for the video.
May I ask…When you fast for extended periods of time, do you Consume only water? I tried a longer fast & made it through Day 8 & had what felt like a mini heart attack. My EKG came out Normal & Dr.,Guessed that it may have been an Electrolyte Depletion.
@@janiecepoush1904 Could easily be cause of electrolyte depletion, you can add some electrolytes to water while you fast. Your kidneys and heart really need electrolytes to function properly, maybe after day 5 of fast you should add some to them.
Please I'm very sick right now I'm pretty sure I have some type of cancer, I believe its my lungs from the Newport menthol cigarettes.. I'm a Canadian stuck here in the u.s past my visa atm can't rly go to a doctor. Your husband did a 21 day fast!!!!?? How did he do that!!!!! Today's my first day starting a fast and I am STARVING! I know I have to do this though 😢. Did he just drink water??? Did he drink lemon water and sea salt. Can you help me with any tips???? I was only planning a 3 day fast but wow your hubby did a 21 day one and that's got me thinking I'm going to have to go longer than 3 days! Any advice please 🥺
Thank you so much for that. I have just recovered from breast cancer and I never realized just how bad sugar is to the body. Keto dieting has been best for me to getting healthy.
A great tutorial, thanks so much. I started fasting 48 hour each week, on advice my my intergrative doctor at the Willow Vale Clinic, QLD, Australia. The first time is hard, but it becomes easier each time. I have stage 1V cancer. I was suppose to be dead by now. I'm in the "starving cancer phase." I'm not out of danger but I am doing better and as each month goes by. Be at peace all your dear souls suffering with cancer, or helping loved ones tht have this dreaded disease. Bless you all 🙌.
How are you now? Please have soursop if you have no idea what that is then you can google it. It is very helpful in beating cancer. Also please go on strict plant based diet and you will be cured completely but the best of all is to pray to Jesus Christ and you will see miracles does happen. God bless you sister 😊
on the third day of my fast and i’m coming back to the vid every time i need a lil encouragement. it helps to completely understand how it all works and what’s happening in your body
How do you do intermittent fasting and is it safe for someone who was 70kg and in a month lost 16kg and is now 54kg due to cancer, and has no appetite ?
Really important to watch because of the stem cell info. That's hard information to come by and it's the main cure for stopping the spread of cancer. I had stage 3B lung cancer 4 years ago. I do not have cancer now and it has not come back. I practice intermittent fasting 4 times a week with a 18 hour fasting period.
I have Leukemia and I do the same fast 3 days a week. Question: When you break your fast, what is your experience? I ask because when I break my fast, it’s as if I’ve been drugged and I get so lethargic and sleepy. I have to take a nap for about 30 mins or so. I ask my oncologist and she just shrugged her shoulders and said there is little data on fasting and cancer.
Thank you. My wife has secondary breast cancer, which metastasized to her upper arm, brain and lung. I have her fasting 24 hours either side of her chemo, which started last week. She had no side effects as a result. Her cancer care nurse tried to undermine me, by saying that she should be grazing. The oncology dept have admitted that they don't have a great record of saving people with this type of cancer, so it puzzles me as to why they would encourage raising/triggering her glucose and insulin levels.
@@kolinmisay she is ok just now, but needs steroids to keep the pain from her brain tumour at bay. She's sticking to the plan, but her outlook is not very good I'm afraid. She has a CT next Monday 12th Sept. Fingers crossed for an improvement of some sort.
Hi, Thomas. Some 12 years ago I had a high grade, stage 2, Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. My prognosis was a 30% chance of surviving for 9 months and around a 5% chance of lasting 5 years. My general practitioner had been treating me for tonsillitis and told me that “it was nothing sinister “ At the time I had been trying to lose weight by following a version of the Atkins diet. Here in the UK intelligent information on such topics was to say the least in short supply. So I had added a fasting day once per week. I have spent years cursing the Atkins diet and blaming it for causing my cancer when in reality, given today’s more enlightened thinking, that combined with my slight adaptation may just have saved my life. I hope this comment may help others looking for answers and my profuse apologies to Dr Atkins, may he rest in peace. Thank you so much for your brilliant and informative publications. All the best Al.
That's very encouraging, thank you for sharing. I believe that if we all work together, we can really whip this thing. SCREW big pharma and the medical industrial complex. SCREW all the lazy, self absorbed doctors who refuse to really educate themselves(NOT the decent docs who try). We are warrior people and we got this.
ALBERT GOODALL When I was in practice, as soon as any of my clients mentioned they were on the toxic Atkins diet I would tell them of its impact on human kidneys, liver, immune system as well as the cardiovascular system. Also, I would explain its link to bowel sluggishness and colorectal cancer (animal products have ZERO fiber), and how all animal products are associated with dis-ease any where in the human body (humans are anatomically and physiologically primates). Let's not rule out the carcinogenic effects of GLYPHOSATE in Roundup and other pesticides. The chemicals accumulate the higher up the food chain (in animal flesh and organs).
this is good to know I have type 2 diabetes and blood cancer. Im taking chemo in pill form currently and i want to do whatever i can to reverse the diabetes and help fight off the cancer.
trishasinbox check out the Snakediet. Cole is a dick, but he has cured Type ll and cancer via fasting. He has verifiable data to back up all his cures as well. Worth at least a look.

*people in the comments section should listen to this man instead of trying to be funny or smart just listen to what he saying. Personally who cares about what you have to say in this comment section this man has obviously studied and did his homework*
I’m sure he means well but he’s not a doctor, is he? He hasn’t really done that much homework. And I think fasting is good for the body too but I’m wary of people who present themselves as experts when they have zero credentials.
Ha-ha - my friends daughter has no credentials for looking after a brain-damaged child. But she HAS a brain-damaged child and she knows more than the doctors do. Why do you suppose that is?
@@feralmode Neither Thomas, nor you need to a earn a PhD or MD to gain this expertise. My son knows more about the powers of ketone bodies, and intermittent fasting than the world renowned doctors who treated him for grade-4 gliomablastoma brain cancer 3 years ago - and his doctors likely won't disagree.Their expertise lies within medical research and treatment - not so much nutrition. In fact the average doctor reportedly gets only one semester of nutritional education throughout their years of education. So the powers and wonders of nutrition and its profound and positive effects on the human body are left up to others who have the passion and education for it.
Yayyy!! Honestly, this is so encouraging. I am about to get some tests and sonograms to see what the heck is this dull pain in lower left abdomen persisting for months about. But I’ve always dreaded The Cancer!! I’ve always suspected fasting is a great way to help our body’s get right, even potentially fight cancer. Pray for me anyway.

Thanks for the great video. I am a 3-time cancer survivor. I can tell you that none of my oncologists know any of this. Sad. At least I now know about it. Thanks again.
Short term fasting can help. But take care listen to you body. To fight stage 4 lung cancer I made 39 diet and lifestyle changes to help my 4 treatments. Given 3 months to live in feb 2017. Today happily tumourfreetim Unfortunately, you need to develop your own personal anti-tumour, low acid and anti-inflammatory diet. It is not as simple as this video implies. Balanced sugar fruits best. No refine sugar. Vegetables need to be the right ones to boost vitamins and minerals. Best to do blood tests on your deficiencies and develop an ingredient lists. Go as organic as you can afford. Pure water helps. Good luck.
Thanks for keeping it real. Nothing is easy as 1. 2. 3. It's hard, but we must get serious when it comes to our health. I'm happy for your successful story. Be bless.
nawal zena I cut back meat for one month then after diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer I dropped meat completely for two months. Took vegetable fruit nuts avocados lentils and fresh turmeric. Ate salads, blended drinks and soups. Rapid tumour loss occurred. Then added small organic chicken and fish on hospital advice for three months. And got 4 tumours back in lungs and new tumour in adrenal gland. Went back to more veg diet and enhanced super foods eg dark greens dark purple variety of probiotics etc fresh pure water. no supplements.
i fasted with water for 14 days it was the best and most painful and fun experience in my life. i ended up losing a lot of weight and many more things.. regulated my eating disorder but warning first 3 days are the most painful days you can experience massive headaches
Did you do anything for the headaches, like taking BC Powder or electrolyte supplements? I've heard a lot of people get headaches from lack of electrolytes when they go on an all water fast.
@@philochristos Headaches mostly come anyway. Already because you're cutting out sugar. Even just fasting from sugar (but eat as much calories) will cause headaches. I just did a 4 day fast and despite electrolytes I still got plenty of headaches - nothing too bad though.
the headaches are the release of toxins into the blood cuz the toxins are stocked by body in fat then you run on ketones burning the fat is dangerous drink water
Everyone should fast. The body cleanse itself. I do a 24 hr water fast every Sunday then go into intermittent fasting. You have to hit the reset button and cleanse.
I just started fasting because it’s the only thing that makes my GERD feel better. I e never felt better & having a generic predisposition for cancer, watching this made me want to continue fasting!
@@arquita It's still considered a modified fast. You can define a fast any way you want. You can just water fast with electrolytes. That is a fast. You can modify that fast with supplements you think will work for your condition. That is a modified fast. Don't have to be technical or rigid about definition.

Wow that is really interesting.Sometimes your videos get so scientific that my eyes glaze over 2 minutes into your video. Not this time. In the last 4 months have reduced my weight from 197 to 162 ( 63 years old male and I'm 6'1) I did that with OMAD. I cheated a little but it was not difficult at all. I feel really great and a lot of my aches and pains that I had come to accept as normal for a guy my age are now gone. Watching this video gives me another reason to stay on a eating schedule like OMAD or 20/4 for the rest of my life. Thank you
Ive been fasting for different intervals for the last 2 weeks. Weirdly enough.....i feel good than a mug! Upped the food quality, downed the junk food intake severely, and its amazing how much more juice i have durring the day. No energy slumps untill its actually time for me to go to sleep. This is nutz!
Cancer Conspiracy of Stupidity ! SO WHAT IS The OUTCOME ? This is highly potential subject. If fasting is a successful method for curing cancer then this will be really landmark stage .
I'm new to this regiment of fasting, and must say... I love it. It simplifies my life and gym sessions a LOT. I will give a scenario and am curious as to whether this is causing my body harm... Day 1 7PM Eat dinner, Day 2 - Gym session (fasted) Eat NOTHING, Day 3 Gym Session (fasted), Eat Dinner at 7PM - In this case I went 48 hours without eating anything. Is this a healthy routine?
Thank you so much Thomas, for these videos! I was aware of keto dieting when I first read the Akins book, and I did that diet for several years (in my thirties - I am now fifty) and was the healthiest I'd ever been. Somewhere along the way though, I went off it and was too lazy to discipline myself to go back. Over the years, the typical American convenience food diet had a very negative effect on me, and in my 40's I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I was in pain every day and constantly tired, which made it even harder to eat right. I tried though. I did calorie restriction diets, and even did juicing like Joe Cross, and while there was some temporary benefit to those diets, they were not sustainable, and even the juicing did not produce very dramatic results at all. I have been pre-diabetic for ten years and a few years ago I was also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I had been on T4 and T3, and then this year in April, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The day I received the cancer diagnosis was like I got hit in the head with a brick. I went through all the stages of grief in about twenty minutes, accepted this was it, this was my last chance to do what I need to do, and I went home that day and started to clear out my pantry, and decided no more sugar ever again. I wasn't going to feed the cancer! So I started a keto diet, as I had learned from Atkins, and joined keto subreddits, and learned so much more about keto dieting. I bought MCT 8 oil and Kerrygold butter! I take keto electrolytes too. I did the keto diet for four weeks and my doctor took blood during a pre-op check, and my A1C was the lowest it had been in ten years. My cholesterol was excellent, and my iron and vitamin d which had been low prior, were in perfect normal range. My doctor (vegetarian) who had been against me doing a keto diet, finally admitted it was good (at least for me) and said, "Keep doing what you are doing." My endocrinologist also took me off the T3, and sees me again in two months, and I have a feeling she will lower my T4 dose too. I am currently at a 27 lb weight loss in just two and a half months, and my fibro pains are significantly less now too. In addition to all of this, through your videos, I have learned about autophagy, and wet and dry fasting. I did one 24 hour wet fast, and just did a 24 hour dry fast (except for a small amount of water I had to sip for medication), and to me the dry fasting was so much easier. I didn't have as much hunger pains on the dry fast. I am trying to get off the dry fast as you suggested in your video, and will eat small amounts of bland foods, and add salt in very slowly. I was told yesterday that I will likely need chemotherapy, along with radiation. I mentioned fasting and autophagy to several doctors, and they all looked confused. I explained what it was and why I was doing it, and that I wanted to make my body stronger before I underwent these treatments. I just found this video this morning, so it gives me even more hope. One thing I would like you to do a video on is acidic PH levels on a keto diet. I have heard that acidity feeds cancer. I drink the juice of one whole lemon and maybe a tbsp or two of ACV in a large glass of water each morning, but when I test my PH, I am still very acidic. I usually need to take about six sodium bicarbonate tablets just to get into normal range. Coming off the dry fast today, I am very acidic, and don't want to take the sodium tablets just yet. What do you advise to bring PH into normal range, especially for those who are fighting cancer and those who don't want to have an acidic body PH to allow cancer to grow to begin with?
How is your journey going? I put my brother on the fasting mimicking diet and he fast a minimum of 13 hours every day so he doesn't avocado in a green smoothie in the morning and an avocado on a green smoothie in the evening with very little protein and so far the cancer in the prostate is completely gone and it is reduced in his bone cancer by 1/3 in 6 months. I hope this helps.
Yeah unfortunately the West has been critical of traditional medicine's but the awareness of traditional medecine and lifestyle choices is becoming more popular as it can be wuite effective.
Great video on a topic that's really getting a lot of research these days, and could be a huge part of the standard of care in the near future. I've been on a very strict ketogenic diet to help with a brain tumor after surgery, and at the very least it's a strong neuroprotective intervention. Keep this content coming!

How you break the fast is important, Im from Turkey and most eat a heavy meal late at night and its not very healthy...Im sure it might still have benefits depending on how you break the fast but its pretty much like an interminnent dry fast , studies show longer fasts the body actually switches not with the muslim fasts. Tho dry fasting could be quite amazing, it would be much more effective if instead of a month of bad fasting , a longer few day fast was observed. Many wouldnt do it I bet, its harder to do.
Hello Thomas! I found this video while looking up ways to treat cancer naturally. My father has been diagnosed with colon cancer. He is refusing treatment and surgery (they won't do surgery because, he won't do chemo first). After watching some of your other videos, I really appreciate the way you break things down for lay people like me. My question is, do you think the Keto diet and fasting would benefit my Dad? I realize you are not a doctor, but would really appreciate your thoughts and any suggestions you have that might help my dad. Thank you so much! My best to you and your family!!
Thank you Thomas. I've had 11 family members who died from treating cancer in the conventional way. When I got it on my leg a few years ago, I used black salve and it's gone. I got off of IF this week and boy am I feeling terrible! Fasting is such an ancient practice and it's exciting to me to see it in being applied in more "mainstream" ways. @Sal Bruno I think Thomas is mainly focused on not spiking insulin levels so you are in a fasted state. He has said that strict fasting/time restricted eating would be best done without coffee and would achieve better results. But, he acknowledges how popular coffee is so it's a compromise
Wow , less than 300 comments after 2 months? Why isn't this message getting the attention it deserves? Fasting medicine is the most effective medical treatment to date. As a doc I can't make bank by having my patients fast, so it's not popular among oncologists.
Interesting, the fact that while suffering with IBD and UC and taking expensive meds for at least 2 years....4x daily, I decided eventually to change my diet, perform short term and intermittent fasting (with your vid help back then)...all while still on meds. After a few months I decided to cease from the meds. And, sure enough, the disturbing UC and IBD effects disappeared??? No more drugs (sorry big pharma-NOT). Last coloscopy showed no more UC. Doctor was surprised! Healthy living, fasting equals AWESOME. Great vid here. Just taking "pills" without a lifestyle change is the trap. Skip the pill$, stay healthy and happy. Thanks
This topic is an emerging field of research. While numerous studies are underway (bit.ly/2N8QRDr) on the effects fasting and low-carb diets, there's still a long way to go. My son Logan was diagnosed with the deadliest form of brain cancer 3 years ago (GBM) and was given 2 years to live. Rather than accepting the prognosis he chose instead to to commence a high-fat, low carb diet and has since remained in a deep state of ketosis, meaning his body is spitting out ketones instead of glucose, his body to deprive cancer cells of their fuel source (glucose), likely suffocating the cancer. Today his scan are clear and his overall health is better than before the cancer. I'm not saying its a cure for cancer I am convinced it is a powerful cancer-fighting tool that has been completely overlooked and for the most part, dismissed by medical field. You can learn about his amazing story at: th-cam.com/video/iKC6VIlW8Ls/w-d-xo.html ....and thanks Thomas for a wonderful video.
I find it amazing- and a little suspect when looked at a different way- that I can get more valuable science based information from you than I can from most Ted Talks and interviews with people whose job it is to study such things. Not just on cancer, but on most things in general that i look up about health that you talk about at all. Thank you for the information! I pray to Jehovah God to bless you for your kindness.
I started dietary change (no processed, sugar or carbs) for weight loss. It also reduced my rheumatoid arthritis to nearly nothing. The IL-6 mentioned in the video was high when my arthritis was bad.
Usually every two weeks I go 24 to 48 hours drinking only water. I don't do it thinking it will prevent cancer, although nice to know if true, but usually to give my digestive tract a break.
This just keeps sounding better and better. Question Do you have people tell you that you are crazy to Fast ? I mentioned to an old college friend that I am only eating 4 days a week now. First she was worried that I needed more money for food , and when I explained it was voluntary, she flipped out on me. I listened patiently to her concerns, but found nothing compelling in her arguments . I get a stream of why fasting is bad videos and articles from her still . I look and feel better now than I have in years . My weight and fat % is dropping slowly, not sharply. I'm good ,but she still thinks I 'm wrong . I did send her some of your videos , but she maintains "People our age can't do that !" She is the extreme . Many simply roll their eyes at me and ask how I do it . Any guidance ?
Stay with it! - I’ve been intermittent-fasting for 7 or 8 years - I’m 67 - the more I study this topic the more convinced I am that fasting has an amazing effect on our health!
A habit of willpower and discipline strikes discord in naysayers. I get shocked when I hear someone pride themselves that the American lifestyle is what drives their diet & lifestyle choices. Secondly taking organic food eg.Grains & veggies is a poverty mindset that we shouldn't instill in our children. The level of ignorance out here is just painful.I hope one day mankind will be less commercial driven in meeting basic human needs. Fasting,is great for the body..the mind and the soul. It has spiritual and health benefits. It creates clarity, expands the mind and spirit insights and renews the body and organs. Wish you well in you chosen path.May you remain strong in your well researched convictions. Its NOT A JOURNEYS FOR WHINERS AND THE FAINTHEARTED.

I believe the science behind what you're saying it makes sense and it's far more information then you ever get from cancer research. Maybe they are some early stage cancer patients who are willing to try intermittent fasting and and high vitamin C consumption and measure their t cell count before and after what do you think?
Thank you for the great information. I had kidney cancer surgery this year and have started a keto diet(lost 15 lbs so far). What is considered a short fast vs a long term fast? Can I have water on a fast? Does fasting and keto help certain cancers or all cancers?
Excess protein turns to glucose (gluconeogenesis), normal cells can’t use fat “whenever they want” (the energy demand must be relatively low), and the brain almost exclusively functions on glucose.
Hi Thomas, great info as usual. I’d like to see a video on the blood type diet. I’m interested in adopting it but still skeptical about it with the limited research. FYI, I have type O blood and vegetarian. Thanks!
Hi, I'm on the eighth day of a water fast, making sure that I get a full complement of minerals, in order to combat basal cell carcinoma. I'd rather not have my nose mutilated. Are there any cancer cells that are able to metabolize fat? I read an article somewhere that implied that, and I was wondering what your take was on that?
I had basal cell carcinoma open sore on my forearm. I mixed BC Powder (powdered aspirin) with Turmeric and B17 (amygdalin). Made a paste by adding saline solution and applied it to my open sore. Took several weeks but eventually it went away.
Thanks, Thomas. Could fasting also reduce benign masses? My mother has a mass they say it's not breast cancer but they want to remove it anyway in case it turns down the line. I'm looking for any alternatives if there's any to avoid surgery if there's no other option.

No, you'd die if you were able to cut glucose out that much. or your body would just cannibalize itself. your brain needs sugar. as such, you will always have sugar in your blood stream for cancers to steal. at most it can slow cancer somewhat.
caliph20 Your brain needs 3% glucose to run on, which the body can make through gluconeogenesis. You don’t need to consume sugar or carbs for it to be made. When a triglyceride is broken apart, the three fatty acid molecules are converted into keytones and can cross the blood brain barrier, and the glycerol molecule, which is the back bone that holds the triglyceride together, converts into glucose for the brain.
lee harlow your brain needs 30 percent glucose. and yes, you dont need to eat carbs to get it. as your body will convert protein to glucose to supply. But, this also means your body will convert proteins including your own muscles to glucose to maintain a blood sugar level of at least 5. Even if you only ate a diet of 100 percent fats, a cancer will still be able to get access to enough glucose to grow. All cutting carbs can do is slow a cancer, but it wont really help kill it as its impossible to get your blood sugar levels low enough.
Check out dr. Walter Longo from the USC longevity clinic in Southern California. He has a book on it. He teaches oncologist in Southern California about fasting. Hope this helps Happy New Year
That's a tough one because some mushrooms have beta-glucan in beta-glucan is an immune enhancer. But I've heard from Doug Kaufmann of know the cause who's a fungus expert thinks that since mushroom mushrooms are a fungus that it's not that good to eat if you have cancer. You could check out Doug Kaufmann Know the cause website has all of his books are how fungus causes all disease in the body.

Good for you ! You are following you body , heart, and mind and soul doing what feels and looks best to YOU. GOOD.
❤❤❤praise the lord
@@janiecepoush1904 Could easily be cause of electrolyte depletion, you can add some electrolytes to water while you fast. Your kidneys and heart really need electrolytes to function properly, maybe after day 5 of fast you should add some to them.

Great comments, Al, thx

@@feralmode Neither Thomas, nor you need to a earn a PhD or MD to gain this expertise. Man, you should be a doctor, your work is sooo amazing! You're literally helping save lives with what you do! keep it up!
The world needs to see this video, Thomas. So encouraging. Thank you.

Hey, are you still alive?
"O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous"
Quran, 2:183
I wish I had known this information 5-6 years ago. It may have given a fighting chance to someone I love.
Thank you 🙏🏽 I am a Muslim & we fast for 30 days
For it to work you need to not eat for about a full week not just during the day.
I’m a atheist & we fast for 30 days.. praise the lord

No you dont. The muslim way of fasting is just not as effective and sometimes downright harmful.
Bro keto completed cured your dad
how did things end up going these last 2 years?
how's your dad now?
Knowledge is power please spread this channel and all the information in it. I’ve heard that snaking often is bad for your health
👍Absolutely on point! I totally agree. I’m living proof. Thanks for posting this video to help others 🤗💞🤗
LovingAtlanta glad you enjoy the video! Thanks for always tuning in!!
What sort of cancer did you have?
When you say fast what do you what exactly is the regiment? Fast an entire day? Or certain hours? And if so what do you eat, to not feed cancer cells?
Well said! Thanks! Me and my breasts needed to hear this video!♥️
Thank you brother. I am preparing for my battle this gives me motivation
Thanks you for staying current and informed and handing that info on over to us. I use that radiant C 👌 It's nice to see your wife 👋
Where can i buy black salve
What is black salve? Pls help I'm dying
@@nimunguronald8286 it’s a salve made from bloodroot and it’s best for anything on the skin. (Not internal conditions)
It forces the immune system to start to work on the area so it’s very hard on the immune system.
CAUTION: you need to be under a doctors care because it’s very strong medicine.
I don’t believe it’s available at all in the U.S.
You can get it in clinics in Mexico. Hoxsey clinic and many others have it.
It can leave a bit divot in your skin if used incorrectly. That’s what happened to me and another person that I know.
Do your research.
The best thing that helped my many illnesses, was doing the emotional work. I always got good physical results from clearing mental issues. It may sound strange but it isn’t at all. The way we think is the greatest healer that we have.
Get the book “Feelings Buried Alive Never Die” by Karol Truman. Best $ I ever spent.
What a genius! I am grateful for your knowledge, and for sharing it so freely. God Bless you.
Will you please do a co-op video with Dr. Rhonda Patrick?
@Sal Bruno I think Thomas is mainly focused on not spiking insulin levels so you are in a fasted state. He has said that strict fasting/time restricted eating would be best done without coffee and would achieve better results. But, he acknowledges how popular coffee is so it's a compromise
He makes some really good points about fasting benefits and the dangers of sugar and too much carbs really enjoyed your video
Thank you for the very informative video ! it would be nice if you do a video on fasting/training and Multiple Sclerosis. Thank you Thomas.
Thanks for this video and explaining complex science in way that is easy to understand! So helpful😊
Wow , less than 300 comments after 2 months? Why isn't this message getting the attention it deserves? Fasting medicine is the most effective medical treatment to date. As a doc I can't make bank by having my patients fast, so it's not popular among oncologists.
Truth
Thanks
How long would you need to fast to see some positive effects on cancer cells or tumours ?
3 days , 10 day , 30 days, more ?
I learnt so many things from thomas. He is a good spirited gentleman and he has million dollar information and i believe in him .
This is the legitimate benefits when we doing fasting in month of Ramadan Alhamdulillah
Great news! Thank you Thomas for such precious info. Indeed fasting is powerfull.
I started dietary change (no processed, sugar or carbs) for weight loss. It also reduced my rheumatoid arthritis to nearly nothing. The IL-6 mentioned in the video was high when my arthritis was bad.
What about duration of fasting?
I like that u put a lot of effort and research into your videos, unlike a lot of channels
Thanks Thomas fantastic information as always
Bill thank you for watching!
He makes it seem super simple.
Raise the volume bro
Stop telling people your business maybe?
Wow! That is all you got there Skippy? F@#K off.
@@nzililikyondo3072 not sure if it’s ignorance or a sense of entitlement- people think the cows exist for their dining pleasure, they are entitled to use huge amounts of gas to drive their massive vehicles, and they deserve to eat as much as they want 😂
Thank you for such a succinct and easy to understand breakdown.
Thank You!!! Wish more people knew this!
I'd like to know what effect fasting for 18 hours a day, day in and day out, would have on cancer. Basically just not having breakfast until noon.
Hi Thomas! I follow your videos on TH-cam and they are very helpful. I have one question that choline is shown to be linked with prostate cancer risk. And eggs and animal protein contains them a lot. So should i take eggs or not? Also non vegetarian diet make body acidic which again causes cancer. So what is the solution? Please answer
Keto diet won’t help, fasting and herbs 🪴
Keto diet with fasting will absolutely help. Sugar feeds cancer and there are multiple studies on it.
Thanks!
What fruits are OK? Which are not OK? Berries? Lemons & limes?
Always here on time for the man himself, another great one Thomas!!!
Willy Wonka gave you a thumbs down! Beautiful delivery
Very informative . Whole lotta thanks for the post Sir Thomas tbh
Have it worked?
I had basal cell carcinoma open sore on my forearm. I mixed BC Powder (powdered aspirin) with Turmeric and B17 (amygdalin). Made a paste by adding saline solution and applied it to my open sore. Took several weeks but eventually it went away.
How's your basal cell carcinoma now did water fasting worked?
I want to thank you so much for this information. I never knew and understand now. Thank you for the help. God bless.
Thanks, Thomas. Could fasting also reduce benign masses? My mother has a mass they say it's not breast cancer but they want to remove it anyway in case it turns down the line. I'm looking for any alternatives if there's any to avoid surgery if there's no other option.
I have a tumor in my stomach i felt it this morning and I plan on fasting to get it to shrink how long should I fast.
Thomas DeLauer
What is defined as a short term fast, and what of water is consumed?
Ramadan has all that wisdom behind it
Yes,Alhamdulillah
Thank you, great information, more people need to know this…
Can't cutting sugars and carbs by going on a very strict ketogenic diet also help kill cancer?
Aj briles - 100% correct! If you have a chance, listen to (1) Thomas Seyfreid, Phd. th-cam.com/video/A-_UY-WnH1k/w-d-xo.html and (2) Dominic D'Agostino, Ph.D th-cam.com/video/lQ7pSXIWHrI/w-d-xo.html
No, you'd die if you were able to cut glucose out that much. or your body would just cannibalize itself. your brain needs sugar. as such, you will always have sugar in your blood stream for cancers to steal. at most it can slow cancer somewhat.
caliph20
Your brain needs 3% glucose to run on, which the body can make through gluconeogenesis. You don’t need to consume sugar or carbs for it to be made. When a triglyceride is broken apart, the three fatty acid molecules are converted into keytones and can cross the blood brain barrier, and the glycerol molecule, which is the back bone that holds the triglyceride together, converts into glucose for the brain.
lee harlow
your brain needs 30 percent glucose. and yes, you dont need to eat carbs to get it. as your body will convert protein to glucose to supply.
Excellent reply.
You're 100% right brother!!!
Dry fasting? Or absolute black fasting effects in comparison? Always extremely informational fam
Excellent explanation 👍
Fasting populations should have no incidence of cancer then? I'd like to see an actual study on that, rather than just speculation.
Check out dr. Walter Longo from the USC longevity clinic in Southern California. He has a book on it. He teaches oncologist in Southern California about fasting. Hope this helps Happy New Year
Very good info. It gives me hope to believe more.💪🏼👍🏼
How about cancer versus mushrooms?
Cancer doesn't like hallucinations
That's a tough one because some mushrooms have beta-glucan in beta-glucan is an immune enhancer. But I've heard from Doug Kaufmann of know the cause who's a fungus expert thinks that since mushroom mushrooms are a fungus that it's not that good to eat if you have cancer. You could check out Doug Kaufmann Know the cause website has all of his books are how fungus causes all disease in the body.
