Quiet is kept drivin aint really the thing to do in Atl to get around too much. Its too costly in time energy and money. Say what??? But then what? It was a different place pre Olympics then pretty much outgrew itself after that. Its a real adjustment and nuances that can take many years to really find a niche that works for you. Those people you see walkin down Candler Rd or...pick a street maybe have things figured out more than it may seem. They aint sittin in traffic or spending money to get around or stressed out, etc. May wanna cut those walks short in the summer tho...so have to learn how to even get something simple like that down for the individual. Just one example of one of those nuances it takes to learn.
Other than the clubs and Waffle House Atlanta shuts down pretty quickly I use to complain about that a lot whenever I worked late nights that everything was closed
