I reacted in a similar manner when I saw Deepika like literally on the big screen for the first time. She was drop dead gorgeous. This was her intro scene in this film as well as in hindi film industry. The entire theater was mesmerized by her beauty. One of the best debut scene of any actress ❤❤.

Okay so the movie is about reincarnation
In the beginning of the movie she is a very famous actress and the guy you saw ( his name is Om ) is a junior actor so he isn’t famous yet, anyway he is madly in love with her after that encounter at the award show ( i am only gonna write about certain scenes ) she ( Deepika ) is cast in a movie as the lead female and Om is a background character, in the movie scene they are shooting she caught in the middle of a fire but the main male lead chickens out and then she is actually caught in the middle of a fire with out a way to get out because the director refuses to put out the fire. Om attempts to save her and does, after that they became really close. One day he goes to visit her on set but he notices something off about her so he decides to follow her. He follows her and hides in the room next to her dressing room on looks through a vent he sees a man who is also a very famous producer. The producer and her are arguing because he is going to marry the heiress of a big company so he can use her money to help produce his movie ( the reason they are fighting is because Deepika and the producer are secretly married and she feels wronged) while arguing she tells him that she is pregnant. Of course Om is deeply hurt and heart broken. The producer takes Deepika to the set of the movie he wanted to film and tells her he is going to call of the wedding to the heiress and marry her instead and about how grand the party and wedding is going to be ( he wants to host the wedding on the set) after listening for a while Om leaves right before the tragedy happens. The producer turns on his wife saying because of her all his hard work and his dreams for his movie is ruined and that if she had waited he would have to do what he is about to do, he then lights the set on fire leaving her in there alone and locking the door, Om then returns after noticing some smoke only to see her screaming and banging against the door and window for help he immediately takes action but just as he is about to save her the building explodes sending him flying into the streets when a guy driving on his way to hospital with his wife who is about to give birth ( he is also a very famous person) thinks he hit Om with his car and takes him to the hospital as well. Unfortunately Om dies in hospital after the women gave birth to a baby boy . 30 years later the baby boy grows up to be a reincarnation of the man and is a very famous star called O.K but does not remember anything of his past life and has a fear of fire he doesn’t know how he got. After winning an award he goes to a party where he meets the antagonist (the producer) and remembers is past and how the love of his life brutally died. He then goes on a quest to make a movie about his painful past life with the producer as a revenge so he will be exposed as a killer and pay for what he did, but before that he reunites with his mother from his past life crying, apologizing for not recognizing her and asks her to help him of course she agrees. While holding auditions for the role of his love he comes across the reincarnation of her ( she is called Sandy)but they are nothing alike, she can’t act at all and the only reason she wants to audition is because she is a huge fan of O.K sadly she doesn’t remember anything at all about her past life O.K is the only one who regained his past memories.
Anyway long story short when trying to expose the producer they see the ghost of Deepika not knowing it is her and thinking it’s Sandy she then exposes her so called husband ( reminder the only people in the room are O.K, Deepika and the Producer )
saying that she did not die that day and when he came back to see if she had died when he saw her not yet dead he buried her alive. She told O.K where her body was so he could use it as evidenced against her “husband” but the husband dies.
