I have mine printed but on test i broke my slides right behind the rear track suspension... have you had any issues with that or is it too mush throttle to fast?
Unlike most other vehicles, the skis on snowmobiles are actually aligned parallel and usually slightly toe out. It reduces darting. Deep snow machines like a Freeride are often parallel and trail snowmobiles are usually toe out. I suspect a scale model will handle more like a trail snowmobile.
@@chilly7261 here is the procedure th-cam.com/video/4b1RlB7OIX8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ENEBAs6q2Ri4YMv3&t=1115 He is going for parallel on this deep snow sled. 1/8"-1/4" toe out is typical (Polaris owners manuals publish the values and procedure...I just looked at my daughters 2016 600 Indy manual). Obviously you would want to scale this dimension to your model.
Looks Awesome Sam.Can I ask you a question about the flycolor 150 esc. If you have the branded 1 and not ose's could you look at the voltage of the caps and tell me what they are please. Thanks
Thank you. I do have the Flycolor 150 esc in my JAE 33. It's hard to tell, just part of them stick out, but I see 35V on one of the caps. Does that sound right?
@@jonathandemaria1865 Strange. I also have both. I just checked, and my OSE has 35V caps in the esc plus the add on ones. But both my Flycolor and OSE are 35V caps. I can clearly see 35V on at least one cap in each esc...
Someone needs to gear up the character so when you turn, it leans into the turn and put that weight over to the side that should work meant if someone hasn’t done that already

That's a thought. I printed the +6mm ones. Will the +10mm make much difference. Our snow right now is bad. It's got a thin crust on top and it's soft underneath. Feels like it either slides on top, or breaks thru and sinks. Idk...
That's not happening, mostly because the time it takes to print this. But also I'm not an authorized seller. The files are copyright protected. That said, search SkeeRide 2 on Ebay, the are several authorized sellers advertising them for sale there. Actually at a very reasonable price imo. I love the fact that you're interested. The files are only $30 to buy. Printing your own sled is the best way to go...

Very cool
Very very cool should make 1 out of aluminum or something maybe better than plastic that changes in temperatures and better weight placement
How can i find the print file for the guy you have on the snowmobile

Thank you. I didn't know this. I will try some toe out this winter. That's exactly what it feels like, darting on turns...
