i'm here for your lifestyle content since it's similar to mine and I enjoy watching you! So I know the pressure you feel to come up with new content and ideas but just know your work from home, exercising, eating, dog lol, is always welcomed and enjoyed. i also like cooking sprinkled in here and there? so some shots of how you make your meals might add some newness. How did you get into recruiting? I am currently looking for a job and considering a career change. I work in accounting rn but I previously was a Human Resources Manager. Im based in Fort Worth if you know of any good companies hiring!

tbh it fell in my lap! i have been in recruiting since i graduated college, but if you are interested i would look at getting your foot in the door with a staffing agency. the recruiting i do is definitely more sales focused, with quota/numbers to hit weekly/monthly/yearly but long term i would like to move more into corporate recruiting/talent acquisition roles that aren't heavy sales and focused on like weekly kpi's if that makes sense!
