Louis Riddick was early to the party on Mahomes. We in Chiefs Kingdom remember that, and appreciate this man. Louis Riddick should be a part of an NFL front office somewhere.

Little known fact I was early to the party on mahomes too. My little brother still asks me how I knew he was gonna be a 🐐 😂... I told my little brother you see that kid with the yellow frohawk on the Texas Tech sideline. He's gonna be one of the best to ever play the game by the time he's done! I should've told more people lol. Just saying I should have a front office job in the NFL.... no but seriously I don't know how the hell the 9 teams that passed on him didn't see it at the 2017 draft. If somebody watching from the couch sees it you would think professionals with all day to look at these guys would see it. Maybe they're trying to find the negatives instead of highlighting the extreme positives

@@JustinSw-vf1hicrazy you said that. My only wish that years draft was for us to get Mahomes. I figure he would go in the middle to late first rd if he did go in the first. I remember it like yesterday just knowing when we traded up that we was going to get him. He always been the nets player on the field. Texas tech just had one of the worst defense you would have ever seen and it was him keeping them in the games. That pass when he rolled out left right around the midfield and threw it across. To the posits endzone side, from then I knew his arm talent was special and he face adversity all year long always playing catch up cause of the defense. With Reid the sky is the limit and fast forward to now, I could have made millions predicting that outcome lol

The Chiefs depth is the most underrated part about this run. In most cases, fans will always think that they are the only team facing injuries and playing with backups. The whole reason 9 rookies played in KCs Superbowl last season against PHI is because they were banged up. That's why Skyy Moore was on the field. McKinnon was the third string RB last year, probably the best player in last year's Superbowl. Mahomes played the entire playoff run on one leg. You figure it out because you have to. Everyone does.
This weekend they had a totally different WR corps than they did in Week 1. All backups in camp. Omenihu was out, so Karlaftis showed up. Pro Bowl guard (Thuney) out, played a backup in Allegretti. You gotta win with what you got. Champions mentality.

I don’t see who’s gonna beat them if the offense get back to their regular self which they will with Mahomes and new weapons. I agree I'm a big Chiefs/ Mahomes fan, but those battles between Allen and Pat are absolutely intense as hell. As a student and fan of the game it's the type of play you dream of and we're lucky to be a part of this time period of the NFL. With that being said, and to piggy back off of what Louis Riddick said, Josh Allen and the Bill's play their hearts out going against the Chiefs causing Mahomes to have to elevate his play that much more and eventually all those bills blood sweat and tears will be rewarded with a moment of Triumph. Bills mafia will have their glory atleast once or twice before its all said and done and the dust settles. They'll have earned it! I love the NFL man. It's the best sport on the planet and it's not even close

That’s a big if and the Bills had their chances. They had the most vulnerable Chiefs team in the Patrick Mahomes era in their house and they couldn’t get the job done. Louis Roddick is a commentator I take seriously. Anyway the Bills to me are not a threat to KC. Sorry but I will say this those battles between Mahomes Chiefs and Allen’s Bills always go down to the wire. But Sean McDermott always gets outcoached. I don’t know what it is. Cincy could be a threat if Joe Burrow can stay healthy.

You say you will know what you need but, you knew that when you took the ball first. the 49ners not getting the Touchdown determined the outcome of this game. The goal should be take the ball first score a TD and 2 point conversion putting all the pressure on the next team.

Only Andy Reid. By continuing to handcuff Mahomes and only putting the game in Mahomes hands on the final drive of every game. The Chiefs would be blowing teams out if Mahomes were given more command of the offense. And allowed to operate more off and on throughout the game using the no huddle and calling more of his on plays on the fly. Not just using Andy Reid pre scripted can preserved b4 the game starts mostly 3 and out then punt plays. Congrats on another unnecessary come from at least 10 points behind to win another superbowl game that was made harder and closer because of the play not to lose keep it close philosophy.

What far too many people don't realize, or understand, is that the majority of the entirity of the NFLs non-players, don't have a clue what they are doing. They understand nothing, and depend on the national pundits to tell them who is good, who is bad, and all the elements of the game. There are tons of dedicated fans who know far more about their teams, and the NFL in general than over half of the NFL coaches and admins do. Think about how so many people drafted, aren't even professional grade talent. Think about how many really good players never make any impact, and are gone in a twinkle of the drafters eyes. Think about the coaches who don't tell their players the rules beforehand, and the coaches who sabotage their teams with chosing metrics over the reality of the game. This idiocy is resoundingly shown by the Bears and MT, Buffalo and Mahomes, and a thousand other miscues on the part of the General Managers of far too many teams. Another great stupidity is manifest in the giving contract like the Watson contract in Cleveland, the Prescott contract in Dallas, the really stupid contract given to Donald in LA, but there are hundreds of them by a lot of teams. The teams that do it the least have a better handle on the value of any given player, and far too many aren't worth what they end up getting. All in all, the majority of the NFL execs, and coaches are in over their heads.

The reason the Chiefs keep winning these Super Bowls is because they keep hanging around in them. The defense is keeping the Chiefs offense in these games. The Chiefs have not been outplayed in every Super Bowl. Maybe the Tampa One.
