    May Allah bless you Shaykh Adib for these recent interviews and all of the beneficial work you have sacrificed to do here in the US and abroad . Interesting you brought up your history in singing. In the 90s when we sought knowledge through “tapes” , your voice quality, articulation and cadence played a big part in holding the attention and bringing ease to the learner.

Dawud barakallaahufeek you will remember me by my father Amin Shaheed and my sister who used to live in Kansas .. inshaAllaah I will try to reach out to you .

    *Benefit From Imaam:*
    *Muqbil bin Hādi*
    *Al-Waadi*
    -May Allāh have mercy on him-
    👉🏾"If the weighing scale with you is the majority/having the numbers, then having numbers is blameworthy.
    👉🏾 If the weighing scale with you is eloquence in speech, then Allaah has described the Munaafiqeen that they are ones with sharp tongues and He said;
    ‎☝️🏾(وَإِن يَقُولُوا۟ تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْ)
    *"and when they speak, you listen to their words."*
    [Al-Munaafiqoon: 4]
    👉🏾 So that which is taken into consideration is knowing the people of truth by their attributes, and that they call to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ, they don't want any reward or thanks from the people."
    📚 *Qam'l-Mu'aanid* (2/551)

    You may want to use a teleprompter so it looks more realistic. Or maybe just refer the audience to the book your reading from. Just a suggestion. I wonder how long it will take for this comment to disappear like the last one I posted a short while ago.

    السني هو الذي يصرح باعتقاده و خصوصاً عند الفتن ، ولا يقول الكلمات المجملة ، ولا يسكت ، بل يصرح ويضع النقاط فوق الحروف
    ماذا حدث بك؟ أن لا تذكر هذه الكلمات؟ قد ترجمتها أنت في عام ٢٠٠٧ عبر "بالطاق" "Paltalk" من المقال "من هو السني؟" على شبكة سحاب السلفية!

    Brothers, you are advised to leave off video making, the evidences show this is not permissible. When there is ikhtilaaf amongst the scholars on any issue, we return to the evidences, and that clearly shows that all types of tasweer of beings with souls are forbidden. The commonly quoted fataawaa from shaikh al Uthaimeen رحمه الله تعالى was retracted by the shaikh before he passed away, and even if it wasn't, we must follow the evidences over the ijtihaad of any scholar. Also, this brother Najeeb needs to retract his forsaking of and ill speech against some of the ulamaa of Yemen, which is based on the lies of the hizb al jadeed, may Allaah guide them

    So r u saying we should always mention that we first learned salafiyah from you even though we got most of our knowledge from the scholars? Didn't understand the introduction!

      If you don’t know who he is, then you have no idea about the history of Sunni Islam in North America, he’s the one who single handedly, publicly, introduced Salafiyyah and it’s du’aat (who were very few in those days) to the American masses

    • @snacksaviation
      @snacksaviation 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I only learned about Salafiyyah in 2003 from daud adib after I became Muslim in 1998.i knew nothing about the ualama so sure we talk knowledge from our scholars but we don’t forget those who introduced us to salafiyyah and the scholars.

      If you did not know Arabic at the time that you learned about Salafia then you did not get it directly from the Ulema. It came by the permission of Allaah through men like Dawood Adeeb. If you are learning salafia from pseudo salafis in the USA Today, you have not learned it truly.
