"In our "What To Wear" story...the answer is definitely not pants. Because I'm not wearing any!" It's definitely pronounced A-T-A-T, I don't care what anyone else says. AT-AT sounds ridiculous to me.
Yah, @@ is just objectively wrong, and obvious as soon as you see the names of the other walkers and think how it doesn't make any sense unless you just say every letter.
So, let’s get something straight. In Empire, they refer to them as Imperial Walkers. On the 1980 toy, the box said AT-AT, not A.T.A.T. That’s where the name comes from. Many of the characters and ships from the movies were only identified by name when seeing the toy on the store shelves. So, A.T.A.T. is wrong. Want episodes 1-6 answers? Ask a gen-xer. Want sequel series answers? Ask a millennial.
But what about all the vehicles like AT-ST, MLC-3, ISP-6, MTV-7? And then later releases of vehicles by Hasbro for the prequals brought us the AT-DP, AT-TE, and AT-AP? So these spelled out names were used on vehicles that pre-dated the AT-AT in lore. And AT-AT stands for All Terrain Armored Transport. I understand it’s the only abbreviation that one can actually be said without having to spell it out. But being surrounded by 99% of vehicles that used the abbreviations spelled out, I’d assume that people in Star Wars would have also spelled out AT-AT since every other vehicle with an abbreviation was spelled out. But, this is also the land of make believe. So we mustn’t get too caught up in it.
That was awesome. Yes i had too watch lego movies with my son. They were funny ,so i didn't mind. Your rocking it. Cant wait till the next news cast.

Exactly! No pants and A-T-A-T is the only way to go. It’s like pop vs soda. There is only one correct answer.

Agreed! Every other vehicle spells out the letters especially all the Kenner mini rig vehicles they released. This is the way.
