Hey there.! Great video!! Loved seeing and hearing you after seeing your posts on the WW digital. Did you concentrate on just your eating to drop the weight, or were you exercising loads too? Little vid about that would be great. Thank you for posting and sharing your story. I know you hear it all the time, but you really are truely inspiring. :)
Thank you so much. That was going to be my next video. I didn’t exercise while losing. Just upped my walking as I lost. Didn’t join the gym till I got to goal.
Really helpful! I don’t know what no count is. Sounds like WW has changed a lot since I tried it a few years ago. I hated standing in the queue and hearing people saying how they had cheated and lost 5 pounds. I would be angelic and not lose any. I was very confused by it all. Maybe I should give it another go

No I don’t like the blue plan it doesn’t suit me at all. And I don’t eat enough carbs to justify losing 14sp to do purple.

For me it’s about our own journey. Never pay attention to how quickly others are losing. It’s about doing it for us
1 tablespoon off lighter than light is 0sp as I swapped to it to save points 😂
