    Spot on! Condition should definitely dictate pricing. We wouldn’t buy a car with flat tires or a broken mirror if the dealer is selling at the same price as msrp or higher. There needs to be some transparency for condition across the entire game collecting community. Great video bro!

    As a collector myself, I wholeheartedly agree with you that the condition of the game should dictate its sale price instead of just referring to the current market value while ignoring the condition. I will take it a step further though. I've grown to dislike the phrase, "Everybody has to make money." because IMO it doesn't hold resellers accountable enough when it comes to selling in an ethical manner. I personally believe that all deals should work for both the reseller and collector. It's cool that a reseller needs the money, BUT as a collector I want a great deal on a piece to add to my collection. Overall, excellent video! I enjoy discussing topics like this.

    I totally agree. Unfortunately until people refuse to pay full price for carts in bad condition then vendors will continue asking these ridiculous prices. Great video, and looking forward to future content!

    I agree with You, I like Buying Games and Im not shy about talking sellers down on their Prices. If they say no then I walk away with money in My Pocket and they hold onto a game that Might never sell...

    Informative video nice job this is great advice for the collector… Im a comic collector if I seek a book I want I use a service that lists the value 12 months 3 months and a recent last sale … you have to know the negotiation level before you start a conversation… Like you said don’t overpay and always be well informed …

    I stopped paying all together mostly when I realized theres fomo/hype artists in the community that do these "pseudo collecting" videos where they collect and sell their "prized collection" immediately. LOL im not into these peoples facade type content. Not to mention alot of these people over hype values and show "top of the hill" comps on stuff they find. Then people wonder in the community how and why prices are so high.
    Its about the money. Then those who make it about the money sell the addiction to their viewers that they need to collect or buy some stuff they have zero interest in. Then those people get tired of the "hyped" stuff they bought and probably overpaid for, then the vicious cycle kicks in they sell it to a reseller for 30-40% value and the cycle starts all over again.

      @thetechbuzz  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree on the hype, see it all the time. I keep what I buy. I don’t understand the “sell it immediately” mentality. Told you, you would like this video.

      @@thetechbuzz well i just went into emulation myself theres so much stuff you cant do on old hardware, without emulation, such as translated patched games....ud need a sd cartridge to play the roms anyways if you wanted to play on real hardware
      Dude went back and engineered sega channel "experiences" on custom roms that basically mimicked what it was like to be on sega channel years ago.
      so much stuff like that. Im still 100% physical over digital just the $ factor is craaazyyyyy

    I only buy real hardware that is reasonably priced and in great condition. I never buy ones that are overpriced even in mint condition and definitely won’t buy it in bad condition no matter the price. Would rather emulate in most cases now but my favorite titles I like to own a physical copy if possible. I like that ds collection in the corner of the video.
