Been pretty cool watching you grow to be honest. Would be interesting now to see you make a mobile mass harvester to fund your base construction, either big mining tools up front or saturation fire artillery combined with a mobile refinery and delivery array.
@@Marxon1134 or using battleship cannons ( the triple barreled turrets) and create a mobile fortress with a spinning anchor on the bottom so they can harvest raw resources, compact them into resource blocks. And be set as a turret if needed. Well not harvest but scrap the remains of fallen foes to fuel the growing industrial power that is in lathrix’s hands

how far though i started watching him for that and reasembly and infact his first game was of a flat hauled wood float RAFT war ship also this was back in when they had a entire roster of resorces including oil crystle wood and scrap i think was something. like there was SO much but once the adventure update droped they quickly removed the rest (personally i have been silently hoping some modder made that system back but had no luck)
When it comes to fabrication lines you need a refinery even if it's pointless because of a bug. Very glad to see the series back and it's safe to say you're the reason I got into TT oh so many years ago (and over 1k hours playtime on my end). Thank you!
This series made me want to play terratech for the first time! I’m enjoying it a lot, and I can’t wait to watch more of your videos! Also, I’d really like to see you use the TACtical Ai mod, it adds really good ai and the enemies become smarter (and they even try to make money). I personally love it, so I’d love to see what you think.

The only thing I would ever change about your content is it'd like to see more but never change because I know how much time and effort every video takes to record and how much you cut out to make sure you accomplish something in every video (unlike other channels where you can tell they've just added stuff from the cutting room floor). I discovered this channel for myself when the old terra tech series first started 5+ years ago. This brings back memories, this makes me happy. Thank you :)
I feel if terratech actually wants to make base building good which seems to be what they're going for right now we'd need a structure anchor that lets you place parts that dont count as any tech with an unlimited range, for defense you could attach fixed or turning anchors to build off of as if the structure was part of the world.
I think the parts limit is more to help with game performance, for say when you unload and reload an area, the spawned structures you find about the world are part of the terrain and are basically just shapes with occasionally some mission related trigger events, the game handles them differently than anything player made. Regardless as this isn't a game where everything is grid aligned, you'd need to break it out into multiple techs anyways most of the time, to really make base building good, logic parts and perhaps a machine that automatically builds techs from blueprints would be good. the friendly AI would have to get more useful though for a tech builder to be worthwhile.

I recently discovered you’re channel on the first episode of this series and I’ve never subbed faster you’re definitely more entertaining than most people who I’ve seen play this. I also liked that you actually used the hats unlike every other person who plays this lol
8:10 I heavily recommend you do this I made a tank with two Hawkeye Cyclops lasers and two of the small cyberdisc lasers and it is amazing plus it just Coors the enemy! Also with the way I have it set up the two cyberdicks lasers are on their side and the Cyclops lasers are mounted higher up on the craft so the cyberdisc lasers help with hitting things below you or short enemies which the Cyclops lasers would not be able to hit also helps with shooting down some of the better future flying techs
Yeah, as someone who builds competitive combat techs in this game, Hawkeye Battleship Cannons are one of, if not THE best weapon, competed against only by the Hawkeye Cruise Missiles.

Heya lath, writing this whilst watching, there is a hot key to access a player tech list that will let you screenshot, rename or send to inventory without needing to be right next to those techs So ya Don't have to worry about accidentally phasing yourself and your Techs into walls like that again haha! Eyy, Lathrix love your Terratech series and the rest of your content. I found your channel because of your "From the Depths" series and it even made me buy the game. I also have a suggestion if you ever run out of ideas: A tournament in "From the Depths" where we send you vehicles and you select a few of them and make them fight each other. I feel it would be a (relatively) easy project and still would be cool and entertaining. There could also different rules to balance it out and challenge the creators.
Im not going to lie i forgot about you. But i used to watch every from the depths and terra tech video you did. You have given me so much joy by introducing these games in this way.

Really loving the terra tech playthrough, got to love the older games on the channel. I think an avorion playthrough may also be cool to see, a lot has changed since the last one.
With the crafting base, I like having filters after EVERYTHING, storages mostly, but also just in the belt, to prevent accidental breaking of the direction of the system. I also have an "overflow" set up that causes the intake materials to just loop back to the start of the storage.
Lathrix is becoming a proper supervillian in TerraTech, evil lair in ancient ruins, small but deadly minions(absolutely no connection to his love of creepy crawlies) and an OP superweapon in the making.
Dont worry about rushing yourself, we love this series and you make better content when less stressed, would love to see you do a stream of the GRIND tho XD
