So that particular link you gave to the strobe is not the same one in the video. The link is to the LThyzszb IR Strobe. Big difference is the screw on the back. I had a problems with that strobe. When selected on solid red/white strobe, it would cut out to solid IR. It didn't have a screw so it probably wasn't water right. Thanks!
@@thriftyoperator637 was going to comment this. Wasn’t overly thrilled with the Amazon one that is linked compared to the one you reviewed. But, a quick search online and I was able to find the Wasdn one easy. Thanks for the video man!
ID sometimes is necessary. It's like in Ukraine where both forces are wearing and equipped the same way but they all have bright colored tapes all over their helmets and uniforms in order to avoid friendly fire. You also don't have to leave it on all the time but only activate it when coordinating with a team (exfil for example).

Thanks for the heads up. The one I got was no longer available and I thought that was the same one.

@@edc_7321 thanks for the feedback. I’ll update the link.
That intro was awesome, and that really does look like a solid option. Great video!
I have that same light, the IR flash on mine is too bright. Causes my PVS14 to auto-gate with each strobe
The thing I can’t wrap my head around is that the enemy has night vision too
you activate the ir as a IFF beacon, so if youre ordering a CAS strike friendly dont shoot you, for example.
