Hello, I just bought an MSI Mag275f for 150$. This was my first monitor and it really disappointed me. I am currently using an Asus rog strix g17 2023 laptop. It has a 2K 240hz screen and the colors are very vivid. I decided to return the mag275f because it looks very bad next to the laptop screen. Do you think the new monitor I will buy should be MSI G244F E2 ($115) or ViewSonic Or is there a better option you can recommend instead of these two?
It depends on what disappointed you. Was it the monitor's colors? If so, you can get a more vibrant screen like the 256f, however, if it was the lack of pixel density and clarity of the 2k resolution compared to the 1080p of the 275f, then the 2k version of this model might suit you better: the mag q275qf.
I'm not sure that XG2431 is worth twice the price over the G24F 2, those 100 nits and 60hz extra seem pricey. Not to mention that rtings says that the contrast is poor (900:1) and colors look washed out in HDR, while the g24f2 does 1263:1 (according to monitors unboxed), and in my experience with the g24f 2 the color pop in HDR is quite impressive.
@@XxnenuxX100 This monitor has issues with black uniformity and IPS glow. I still recommend the m27q x, it's way smoother with 240hz. If they have the same price, it's not even a question, m27qx all the way!
the 4k lg one looks great but i have read way too many people say that theirs started dying off in 2-6 months. apparently this is a well known issue with the panel this monitor is using, so i'm too scared to risk it and i'm thinking of something like the m32u instead. are there any other 32" 4k ips monitors that might be a better budget option?
Yeah, the m32u is the best in this price range, it has a slower response time but more connectivity features like the KVM switch and a USB-C port. But it is often more expensive, so, it's your call
@@metalface_villain AFAIK, im pretty sure this issue happened back in 2023, and at this point they should have fixed it, so I woundn't be so concerned with it. Worst case scenario you get your money back, because im pretty sure LG's warranty covers this type of thing...

Yes, I agree, but for the competitive scene, it is as fast as it gets in its price range.
Nice video! Which is better the dell g2724d or gigabyte m27qx? In my country have the same price
The m27qx is better for sure!
@ and what about asus rog strix x27acs? Thx for all!
