Longmorn 15 was a regular buy dram for me years ago. When the 16 was released the price shot up & then availability dwindled in my area. I haven't seen a bottle on the shelves near me in years.
The 16 is an old favorite, still have one left IIRC did a comparison to the 15 a while back and preferred it. I guess I need to get the 18 now 👍 Thanks for the excellent review.
Finished off my last 15yo a while back. Love the boldness of the 16yo. Back when independent bottler Scott's Selection was all over Texas I got a 36yo Longmorn-Glenlivet @ cask strength @ < $200 that was amazing. Will try to get this 18yo if your review didn't put a rush on inventory ;-) A shame so much gets wasted in mass produced blends.
Will you be doing a review on the longmorn 22? I saw that its priced at $420 where I'm at. Seems like righteous bucks, but i saw that it has a completely different flavor profile compared to the 18. Im debating currently, but just nit sure if i can do it hahaha.
So I don’t own one, but I have tried it side by side with the 18. It is better (slightly more tropical), but to me it’s not enough to justify the additional $150 over the 18 ($270 vs. $420). Cheers!

Longmorn 16 is by far top 3, if not my favorite scotch I've got to try so far. Thank you for your time again.
