That idea with Livion is great! You should make a saiyan with no transformations but whenever they die, they get a zenki boost for the next stage of transformation. Kaioken->Super sayian123-> potential unleashed-> etc.

I'd like to battle Burcol but I'm not very good at the game and don't know how to perfect block and am not level 99 and only have 1 CAC set up. Plus I live in America and I'm pretty sure Burcol lives in Europe so we have different time zones. But I'd love to battle him one day and not as a trash talker either. Just casual friendly battles.

Im not good at the game either and I've managed to get almost everything and if I can do it, so can you.
Its all about the perseverance, learning what sticks and what doesnt, and try to strategize a bit, like, designing the best possible build for whatever you need to clear, whether its a PQ, Raid or an Expert Mission. Dont forget about the capsules as well. The All Regen ones are better than any other ones for the most part.
Another thing that doesnt help is.... you're still at the mercy of RNG , whether you get the move or not..... but keep at it, and you will eventually get them.
PS. AH! One more thing. When it comes to PQ's at the very least, if you have high level CACs, you can use them to help you. They have slightly better AI than any cast character. Like Male Human and Male Saiyan ones are decent.
