She isn’t entirely wrong. It is much much harder to find a good man than it is to find a good woman. Majority of men in India are so full of negative and repulsive characteristics that they are not suitable to marry or even date. Yes, many women are also like that but their proportion compared to men is very low.
So women practically have much lesser good/decent options that they can consider for marriage. And they have to work a lot harder to filter out these few good men out of the entire pool.
