Cheers mate, done mine today and didnt see it left the sleeve in had to cut it out too. Showing pinion correction was great too. It will help alot diagnose there issue just by looking to see if its on a angle 😉
@FrankaDith Hi Frank, I'll see what I can do, I basically work on things that I have or some friends trucks, I'll be spreading out to do other projects but it boils down to what I can get my hands on. And as you can see my interests are pretty diverse:)
What did you place under the control arm when it went in the press? I see the bushing on top and then something below the control arm. is that a socket?
Hey, thank you for this video! Very helpful! I appreciate it. Just wanted to ask what torque spec you used for the nuts on the arms? I just did mine today and will put it back next weekend @PowerModzOfficial
good video!, my fj80 is lower 5 inches in the driver's side. has the wheel to the left. I raised 3 inches with the use of aluminum cups, I suggest to align review? because it is falling on one side. : (.
@aabasiry They aren't rubber but I think they are a new type of poly. My rubber were destroyed as you can see in the video - so I am willing to try something else:)
@lshobie Maybe im jumping the gun cause i havnt gone thrugh you video list yet but anything about lifting a Ford/Mazda would be good since im just about to take on that project in the next few weeks ,again thank you Although ive been subed to you for some time ,its fun seeing your stuff as TH-cam updates : )
I see you took the driveshaft off, do you need to? Instead of putting the jack on the tie rod, could you put it on the bottom of the diff to keep it from moving? I see at 0:50 when you dropped the arm the axle still moved a bit.
Caster bushings is what these are! Great job and well done! Thank you!!
Thank you for making this video. You just put my mind at ease.
Great video very helpful, the clear big images are excellent, I like how you lined up the new bushes from the old ones good thinking!....good on ya!

Do I need to remove the prop shaft as well like you have?
Hey thanks for watching!

I just fix exactly the same with new Suzuki jimny . I install the caster one by one not sure if good .

@FrankaDith Thanks Frank - I always wanted to be like Charlie Sheen! Well the rich part:)
love all your vids learn heaps. was just wondering do you need to take the drive shaft off? cheers
I need to know if you take drive shaft off also
Could you please send me the part number I need to buy? I have a 97 fj80 4” lifted which caster correction bushes should I buy?
This does not need to be done for the rear axle right? 3 inch lift going in to a FZJ80 that's currently stock.
@aabasiry Thanks for watching!
@rovemcanus1 LOL, ya if I made a 3 hr video no one would watch it! That is a great tip about the tensioner - I knew I kept that thing for a reason:)
is this bush replacement also require for rear axle after 2” lift?
Thanks for watching!
Are the Slee bushing made out of rubber or Poly?? I heard Poly bushing is not the best choice for the 80's?
Is that anti corrosion protection goo on the chassis and arms there??
And now I know you are on lcool!! legend!
i am going to assume there is a lot of salt used on the roads where that crusier comes from

When I did mine, it rotated and took a bit of doing to get the bolts in after levering but it went in.
really doesn’t matter just use a ratchet strap and it will go right back where you put it
genius
pay attention mate...whit the caster..during the maximum articulation..steering bar touch the arms..
@lshobie Yup either way i always love watching your stuff ,you are W I N N I N G lol i like Charlie Cheen .
Had those installed, never worked right, and only laste a little over one year
After that, I went back to OEM bushings, and the Man-A-Fre drop brackets. 5 years later the truck runs fine.
@@jvazquez53 Man-A-Fre drop brackets still working fine for you?
wow....that thing is filthy...
0:40 floor jack on the tie rod?!?
It's a land cruiser not a jeep.
@@PowerModzOfficial hahahahaha true
