    Recipe ingredients
    3 Eggplants
    15 sliced tomatoes
    200 gr. Grated Gouda
    200 gr. Crumbled feta cheese
    100 gr. Sliced bacon
    2 eggs
    300 ml Milk Cream
    Shredded basil
    Grated oregano
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Prescription Process
    Cut 3 eggplants into 0.5 cm slices.
    Put them in a bowl and add salt
    Add oregano and mix well
    We put them in a pan with greaseproof paper
    Pour a little olive oil on top
    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
    Grease a 22X30 cm Pyrex pan.
    After the eggplants are cooked, spread a layer
    Sprinkle with 100 g grated gouda.
    Spread 50 g. Sliced bacon
    100 gr. Crumbled feta cheese
    15 Tomatoes, sliced
    Grated oregano, pepper
    Make a second layer of eggplant
    Add 100 gr. Grated Gouda
    50 gr. Bacon, 100 g. Crumbled feta cheese
    Put 300 ml of cream in a bowl
    2 Eggs, salt, pepper, grated basil
    Mix until the ingredients are incorporated
    Pour the cream over the entire surface
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes
    Leave to cool and serve
