My family and I got split up in foster care and had terrible experiences we're now slowly recovering from it all and dealing with the trauma. 🤧 Good for her for being so strong and finding a successful lifestyle. 😁👏 I hope that I can do that too. 👍

I haven’t experienced being in foster care, however, I have experienced being rejected because my heart’s desire was to adopt a daughter of a young age. Because babies seem to be adopted faster than children who are of school age, my preference was school age.. The foster parents decided to adopt the child at the last minute. It crushed me. I have no idea if they ever told her I was ready to adopt her, or that someone was eagerly waiting to adopt her.. I’m sharing this to say God didn’t forget about me, and He sees the desires of your heart. God blessed me with a godly husband who had two daughters, a son, and grandchildren. He blessed me with an entire package. What a blessing! I speak complete blessings in you and your family’s life in Jesus’ name.
The hard knocks of reality made her the person she is today. Children are very resilient and when push comes to shove, so to speak they can adapt and make due under most circumstances. Simone's fortunate that she had gymnastics as a strong proponent for her success. A natural athlete and gymnastics' phenom.

I think she was already in the foster care system but her family didn't know. When they found out they told social services that they wanted the girls with them. With that said, it's not unusual for children to be immediately placed in a foster home once they're removed from the biological home. Social workers will then try to locate family and vet them to make sure they are a safe placement. The ultimate goal is always to place the child with family as long as it is a safe placement.
Any woman can let a baby grow inside for 9 months and go to a hospital. The person still has to step up to their role as a mother. I had an abusive mom and I gave birth and am a mom now. Gatekeeping from all criticism is not what's best for us.
the woman who gives birth to you is not necessarily your mother. and simone had no control over being born so saying "you wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her" is stupid. her mother had nothing to do with where she is today - her grandparents do.
