Thanks a lot for this! Solved a problem for me as IG now refuses to let me post videos as stories even when they've been rendered out at EXACTLY the correct specs - can still post videos taken on the phone but anything that's been edited with Premiere just comes up as a black thumbnail regardless of res/bitrate etc. Anyone else having this problem recently?

only use inssist to upload highlights, if you already have highlights on your account...
