Strange, I don't have "+" button as on your screen. Mine shows as a screen with a zigzag in it.
I tried with Safari and firefox it didn't work for me but with Google Chrome works fine. Hope it helps :)

This is a brill 'trick' that I use all the time. :)
I could be wrong, but I think that this trick only really works on Chrome. [Edge and Firefox etc don't have the same 'switch to mobile mode' option, or it's in a different place/called something different.]
Unfortunately, if you want to upload multiple photos into one Instagram post (pre-minor tweaks and post-minor tweaks versions, perhaps or a cropped/uncropped versions or even various semi-related photos), you can't do this. Or if you can, I have yet to find a way to do it!
Also, if you want to most of the Instagram filters/editing tools, they don't seem to be avialable either.
Thanks Chris, some great points made here. I always edit everthing in lightroom and photoshop if needed, then it gets resized and sharpened for instagram. Try inssist.com which supports video uploads. It does not ask you for Instagram password either.
if above 1 minute then use instagram tv

I had no idea that instagram was mobile use only and was looking around on my PC signing in clicking what little menu there is etc and totally frustrated....
