@jb360 one thing im confused about as a new Electric bike owner, and owner of the macfox x2, does the bike chain not do anything? Can I remove it to improve the aesthetics of the bike? Also, what do i need to place the phone in the middle console?
Yes so I removed the chain from mine because I'm not pedaling anyways it's just for show. You don't need the chain. You can just use your phone for GPS speed that's about it and if you want to check the temperature of your controller.
@@JB360_NYC sweet. and is there anything I can add to the portion of the bike that has the batterys in order to better "hide" them for aesthetic reasons? the open section with the batteries to me doesnt look as good as if it had some time of bodywork there
@@goodbyeterrain I would suggest going with a battery bag. There's a guy in New Jersey that does custom bags for batteries. Check him out on Instagram instagram.com/vinylbybobby?igsh=MWcycW14YzNsMTFidQ==
I order mine from this company in the city called Canal Plastics. If you have a digital template they can cut to any shape and they have a bunch of acrylic options.
question. Why did you go without a freewheel & chain? i ask bcuz here in los angeles it would be difficult to get out of a ticket if you get pulled over & the police dont see a chain on it.
Better battery with a higher output like 200 amps continuous and definitely a stronger controller. The one I have only does 340 phase amps but if you got the one that can do 680 phase amps, you'll def hit 65

Love the super-quiet, low resistance chain and crank setup!!! Good work
gonna for sure buy soem of these mods and put them on the bike
Great build! Bike looks good with great performance! I like the hum sound of the motor!
Thanks brotha! 🙏🏻😊
A lot of people that modify the razor dirt bikes have been using Amorge batteries for a couple of years now. They work great.
Yup! I'm glad I came across them in the forums. Battery has been a beast so far

Nice video! You’re convincing me to look into amorge batteries. I’m always on the look for you on the island, never see you riding around lol
I'm usually riding on the north side lol
Well worth it i just got mine in an very pleased
Sick ride out brother!
Excited to see the results of the range test! AMORGE BATTERIES sound promising. We sent you an email, take a look.
Some good speed for 72v! 🤯
Are the reversion kits I have a bike a cruiser
Check out ablebike.com
Such a perfect size bike that’s inbetween the mini and the bomber. It’s like the Goldilocks of bikes….its juuuusssttt right.
Yea it's a great size for a commuter!
That is surprising great range for a small 1800 wh battery, especially the way you ride. That's almost a worse case scenario. Thanks.
For sure! I figured in case anyone didn't want to ride aggressive they can definitely get more range.
I have an X2 are those 72 V batteries plug and play?
They pretty much are. When you order your battery, you can pretty much get whichever discharge and charging cable made to your liking.
If you could only mod 1 bike, would it be the x class or macfox??
As much as I love the X-Class, the Macfox frame is super sturdy with its steel frame. Much more safer at high speeds.
Let me know how you make your panels I have no idea where to start

Got it from Voro Motors. It's their pizza bag!
What Amps and kw are you running
Running 150amps continuous and maxing at around 10kw

Can you do an upgrade on a Bigniu bg10
Would love to do an upgrade video on that if I ever get my hands on one. I'm a big fan of chopper style bikes 😁

25 amp thats crap for 72 volts last 20 mins
it’s 150 amp 25amp hour😂 and i have a 76v 20ah and i get 25-30 miles on a dirtbike
U cant do a range test doing top speed man.
Well the good thing is you can definitely get over 31 miles if you ride conservative. My test is just a barometer if you ride aggressive.
