Agreeed, i think the old NXT women’s championship is one of my favourite WWE titles because the rainbow effect plate on the white strap is so beautiful
Black & Gold to NXT 2.0 was a good idea because we wouldn't have Nikkita Lyons, Toxic Attraction, Chase U, The Family, Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Carmelo Hayes, Bron Breakker, Ilja Dragonuv, Roxanne Perez, Lyra Valkyrie, Cora Jade, Tiffany Stratton, and more if it didn't happen. Bad idea in execution, he should have beaten Triple H or lost to The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31. Good idea and if you want proof watch NXT's season three game show and listen to Michael Cole. Heel commentators are just as important as face commentators, especially in an underdog story. Both because if WWE did that with NXT 2.0 and crowned new champions by tournament, ladder matches, and battle royales everyone would have been cool with it. WCW could have done the same thing but didn't, nor did they do it in a better way than what i explained. It's all about the execution. Bad idea, Miro should go to TNA because that's the only place where he will be a World Champion besides ROH (which he wasn't) and NWA. Good idea because it created the Yes Movement. Financially a good idea but I think they could have made a deal somewhere else for less money with little to no controversial and still made a lot of money if not more. Good idea because I think the new design isn't terrible.
You just know that Steve’s guy in Pakistan was up all night (or day over there) crafting a perfect replica, ready to be shipped once Steve hits the “order” button 😂
The belt renders look like the OG Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and the actual belts look like the movie versions. And that is officially the most Millennial thing I've ever said.
As a fan of belts I don't know why you never liked the RGB rainbow NXT belt. It was unique and shiny. I think the NXT 2.0 bringing all those college kids that couldn't wrestle yet really soured the mood on a great belt. The performance center venue does suck tho.
Info on the “Performance Center” renovation; now that WWE is with tko and ufc both the Apex and the PC are getting similar treatments. PC for NXT and Apex for Contender series/fight night. Mostly for attendance and production.
The belts need some more color. A little blue like what did with Jey's IC Title would go a long way on these things. Besides that, the new designs are not half bad.
Sting had 4 matches in WWE. Sting v Triple H (Loss), Sting v Big Show (Win by DQ), Sting & John Cena vs Big Show & Seth Rollins (Win) and finally Seth(c) v Sting (Loss)
Something that no one ever really talks about is how the Saudi deal shielded WWE from having to improve the product. When people talked about how utterly dismal WWE was for a really long time, one thing people always pointed to was "well, how bad can they be, look at how much money they're making." A big chunk of revenue that was from those Saudi Arabia shows. And I'm sure it also gave Vince the idea that he didn't need to change shit because the company was still doing huge business thanks to those deals.
NXT TakeOver: Portland became such an important show, historically. Last big arena Takeover, one of the last PPVs before the Pandemic. NXT was still great, it going 2 hours really hurt the weekly show but the Takeovers always delivered. NXT Black and Gold went out on a high that night, without us knowing at the time. It was simply what WWE....could be....and what it would eventually become.
I don't dislike the redesign but after people finally started to turn around and appreciate Art Attack NXT now they've revamped the presentation all over again.
It was a good idea to have Sting in WWE merchandise wise and get him into the hall of fame. Bad idea how they booked him during that time. Overall it was a good idea cause it was needed.
Steve, bruh my 4 year old is watching the first few seconds of the video with me and goes “Is that John Cena?” 😂😂 He’s obviously her favorite so that’s wild she thought you were him 😂
When I was a kid I really liked Sheamus beating Bryan in seconds, I couldn't stand Bryan he wasn't entertaining to me ,at all. I didn't believe db had any right to be on the wm stage. So I'd say it was a good decision. Because it kicked off the underground fans to pop up n get behind him hard n give him a career he never would have had
Eh; that one can wait til GIR tomorrow. It’s great for the industry and all but it’s kinda business as usual with a few cool changes. I’d rather focus on shit that matters like convincing myself not to buy more wrestling titles 😬
The belt change isn’t much more than a merchandising opportunity. They might be making other style changes as well, but look at how many belts they’ve churned out in the past year. It’ll keep going as long as they can keep reeling people in.
I know this isn't popular, but I really liked the rainbow NXT title. Terrible look for the show, but very cool for a championship.
Unpopular opinion here as well, I really like the new IC belt… with blue and without. I actually didn’t know people hated it until recently 😂
@@davidmaysee9613had no idea either. I liked it already but then the blue took it from good to iconic for me.

The women's one wasn't bad but the men's one was straight trash

It’s the platinum and black era

Day 2 of asking Steve to start a series called “Missed Opportunities”.
CODY AND JEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A FULL TAG TEAM RUN THEY WERE $$$

Video essays by Stevehere, great idea.

Omg I don’t remember big show
@@WrestleJuice it was a match that didn't go even 2 minutes on raw which led to the tag match on the same episode

Steve = World Title, Larson = Midcard Title... LOL
Steve should get a replica IWGP Heavyweight Title

Silver and Black Attack, I for see a Raiders crossover in the future 😅
well, WWE is going to be in Las Vegas for WrestleMania next year. I could see Stand & Deliver having some Raiders players doing stuff.
8:33 You missed THE BIG SHOW
Hate it when the main title for a brand isn’t gold. The mid card titles can be silver. But the main prize should be gold.
I don't dislike the redesign but after people finally started to turn around and appreciate Art Attack NXT now they've revamped the presentation all over again.
Circle of life lol. I used to hate the undisputed title in the 2000s but now it’s in my top 5
Hi Steve 😌

The wrestlejuice logo on a title would be Epic
Nxt rebrand: good idea
Taking the title off all ego: bad idea
Ummm...
The possibility of
Rusev V Bronson Reed?
🙋♂️
Yes please.

Miro vs Gunther tho
Sheamus beat Daniel Bryan in 18 seconds NOT 17
Sting
The belts are the epitome of first page of most recent community creations on a WWE Game.
I know this channel is seething that AEW got a new tv deal
Better than the multicolor abomination, but still kinda meh. Looks like a Cruiserweight division belt
new titles are ugly. should've stayed with the last ones.
For a second, I thought this was gonna address the AEW TV deal, and I was like damn how tf did you get that out so fast?! But no 😂

New theme song its not good.
New NXT titles are boring, not prestigious
Ain’t nothing wrong with them
Because Joe Hendry is wearing them...
