Great back story for this tree. American artists are the masters of monumental land art. This must be a landmark for miles around. I am always impressed by artists who have a vision to create something on a large scale, because they are moved to make it no matter the cost. The scenes in your second video show an astonishing landscape and your comments about the homes being warm in winter and cool in summer is exactly the phrase by me neighbour when describing his wooden home. Love the limestone posts. They are a testament to the resourcefulness and endurance of these people to make good use of this stone, and to carve a touching portrait into one of them. Its so good, Jeff, that you are recording the details of your country, your culture and celebrating those whose lives must have been extraordinarily tough!
Thank you for the kind words😊 I do very much enjoy making these videos about quirky things..... And traveling around as I do, I have the opportunity and the time to think about these things. As always thank you for your continued support.
@@thinking-as-I-wander It’s a pleasure Jeff and for someone from the U.K.it’s always interesting to hear your stories particularly of those days when life was hard and communities had to rely on the talents and skills of each other Keep up the good work brother Love and Peace xx✌️☮️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
