Any income generated from rental of a property is subject to income tax at 20% (Unlike pensions which can grow tax free) then factor in maintenance, refurbishment, advertising and any other associated costs and pensions make more sense as an investment. The product is great but telling people to slap their pension money into one of these is very poor financial advice. Perhaps try work a different angle for people to buy them.
