as a wheelchair user and the shortage of wheelchair friendly homes in GB I found it very interesting. Clean lines and light and bright. Love how it fits in with the other buildings in the area.

But since this design is inspired on the European climate, I miss one thing: the outside! Brazilians love to barbeque and have parties outside, since the weather is generally warm, but with the possibility of torrential rains as well. I would personally love an approach where the terrace would be bigger with a bbq and seating area attached and a way where it would be visually integrated with the kitchen area, So that when you open the doors, it feels like one big space. Perhaps partly using an open roofed area with antracite aluminium frame with glass or perhaps a more pergola style roof. Anyways, congrats on this inspirational product (BTW, not visible on your website)!

If you put a chimney or a triple stainless steel flue pipe through the center of the house with a wood-burning stove very elegant and pretty to watch a fire also is totally energy-efficiency in the center of the home to heat the whole house

Having space allocated for the physical battery storage would be important to anyone that wants to go off grid or just have a back-up in case municipal power goes down.
I went solar in my lake house. The code here in Canada did not allow for the batteries to be inside, they put out co2. At my place they built a box for the batteries with ventilation. The inverter can go in the house. It was the best thing I ever did.

This is a lovely house. I'm a real estate broker in Washington specializing in infill lot development and this is the kind of house I advise my clients to look into because it's an excellent investment, and not just a dwelling. I would only say that this house is beautiful, and you would I think, do better to spend more video time on the interiors and less on focusing on your narrator. I had to stop the video often because the pans were so fast and brief. Otherwise, though, excellent design.

I think in the large option of the floor plan we can make a space for batteries.
