@@tejasvi7793 First of all i'm a fan of Honda, When i rode the Highness just after Meteor, first thought that came in my mind is "Highness is something different" power is almost similar to Classic 350 and Meteor 350, and less than yezdi Roadster, but still Highness manage to do good cruising speed with buttersmooth engine, gearbox is next level, it has adequate power.
First i eliminate the Yezdi roadster kz of Harsh engine sound, High compression engine gets extreme hot in traffic, welding mark is clearly visible on chessis, gap between switches, rough paint work, weird riding stance bcz of rear set footpegs....so after all these point Yezdi was the last in my bucket list.
Now moving to RE, i never used to be a RE fan but RE impress me with their new J Platform engine, Meteor has same level refinement as Japanese. Only thing i love in Highness is the its less common bike on Indian Road, Meteor still resemble to Thunderbird which makes it common bike, front set foptpegs makes u tire on the go traffic.
At last Highness and Meteor is same for me but Highness has premium feel and it doesn't belongs to stereo typical patakhe wali bullet.

Nice review. Sadly my two-month old Classic has been written off so I am looking to replace it with a Hunter as the cut-down frame addresses the Classic's main shortcomings of weight and poor footpeg/control positions and I like the addition of a gear position indicator. The Hunter also appeals to older riders like me who may be downsizing from bigger bikes and who live in rural areas.

I test rode the Hunter and was not very happy with the ride quality and handling. The rear brakes too did not have the bite I expected. I am a tall person at about 6'1" and sitting on the bike, it did not really feel engaging.
The power delivery ofcourse was linear and very manageable and quite adequate for regular city rides.
It looks really nice with that blacked-out motor. 👍🏽
Please answer.. Only rebel variant has the name ‘bybre’ embossed on front and rear calipers. Does that mean Dapper and Retro variants get braking system from another brand?

I hear this beauty gets heated up like anything untill now, till the point that it’s gets uncomfortable in busy traffic.
If the engine and gearbox is same as meteor 350.. why the clutch is more harder?... I thought it should be same as meteor...
Wanted to see the retro version. Honestly i liked the tone down version of this bike more RE rigid feel.
We haven’t sampled the retro version yet. However, it is expected to be largely similar in riding experience compared to the metro.
Dnt go for retro version you dnt want to stuck in middle of road fixing punctures with tube tyres.
LED turn indicators are available as an accessory, in two shades; however having an LED headlight at least as an option, specifically a 3200 K colour temperature one would have be good.
Its good to have it as an option. However, these features should’ve been standard and not optional extras as these cost a lot of money.
@@BikeWaleOfficial Yes, but, standard bulbs do fine as well for those who do want basic functionality. What also separates the two variants is the lack of a rear disc brake and dual channel ABS on the retro variant and the use of the older brake and clutch levers which are much lesser comfortable and ergonomic than the newer ones that they started offering since the Meteor - plain, pure chindigiri.

Which one is more comfortable in classic 350 or this one
I'm on the fence whether I would go for the Hunter 350 or Classic 350. I haven't tested the Hunter yet but I like the character of the Classic 350. Looks-wise they are both beautiful bikes. The Hunter has more than a passing similarity with the Triumph Street Twin visually. Will test this when it hits Malaysia before I sign on the dotted line.
The choice is pretty easy if u ask me. Engine is same, so that's out of the way. If u have the extra money to spend on classic but still having second thoughts then may be it's not the bike for you. Since buying a classic over hunter is not about how much you save and the overall value of the machine.
@@absash7838 the engines are tuned differently, so I'll test the Hunter first. I'm not even sure of the price difference here in Malaysia cos the Hunter isn't here yet.Not gonna jump the gun (pun intended :) )

after seing this vid 2~3 times, Pratheek the cinematic shots of you cruising from front are superb. Your riding posture was great and you looked just perfect like any Hollywood movie rider, only unmatch was helmet color. But a Nice informative review as usual

I have seen the bike in real it's not small as it looks u can only say it's smaller than meteor. Best bike if u r looking go for meteor but if u have short budget don't miss on hunter . Coz it feels good for the price range. U can to trip short trips . So i would suggest buy now hunter if budget is low 5 years later u can go for meteor kind bike. Which might have 1000cc

You may not enjoy the Hunter much after the X350 as it doesnt have the same road presence. It is small and light motorcycle.

In Reality hunter looks bigger than in video, please go and see in showroom then only take decision.
It doesn’t look as big as other REs, but it has decent presence and the design stands out. Yes, it does look small, but that’s because RE is targeting younger urban buyers with the Hunter 350.

I just ride my hunter for total 520 km to my native place near goa its super se upar for long drive also now I am back to Mumbai i total km driven 1200 I enjoyed my journey

It depends on the rider's skill. But have to say this, the Hunter feels super easy to ride through traffic conditions.

@@viankit1 both are totally different category. They dont match each other in any respect. How ever the size of hunter 350 does remind us of Rx100 but with powerful avatar.
The seat height is low at 791/800mm. So yeah, its low for a 350cc motorcycle.
I don't see what's the issue with Hunter 's height. It's seat height is 790 mm. The meteor's seat height is even lower at 756mm. Classic's is also just 15mm more than hunter's

is it just me or does this bike actually look abnormally small on guys who are 6 ft or higher?
I took a Hunter Test Ride yesterday, Somehow it did not Gave me that feeling, Bullet .. Shaan Ki sawari..
Didn't had a Plan to buy just now, But Took a second test ride of Meteor Supernova again after 1 year, and that helped me understand comparing both rides, the confidence level of a full sized RE, which I found as Meteor.
Meteor Took care of the ROYAL ENFIELD Brand Value as it's known for , Shaan ki sawari aspect also😀.
And I bought Meteor Supernova , Yesterday itself 🙂.

Meteor is just old RE it's big but without power. Only Interceptor and Continental GT are shaan ki sawari now. Himalayan is also good but all other REs are very common and not Royal En(ough) anymore

Congrats on your purchase, Meteor paved the way for the J-series platform, and with the Hunter, they have done good weight management. RE is finally moving into a modern era

After some thousand kilometers do we get 40+kilometers as in some videos of meteor and reborn classic they're mentioning like they're getting 40+mileage ... 🧐
It may. Fuel economy depends a lot on the road conditions, speed and riding style. But, it is quite possible to extract over 40kmpl on highways with speeds upto 80-90kmph.
Nice looking bike, but I dislike the large lump of plastic between the side panels on all these 350s, it looks horrible

Both are good motorcycles. But if you want something for city use, get the Hunter. And want something laid back and cruiser friendly, the Meteor should be your choice.

Ground clearance isn’t an issue at all. Especially because of the stiff ride quality, we didn’t scrape the underbelly even once.

Unfortunately, unless you buy a decently sized ADV, all other bikes will look small for you. Surprisingly, the Hunter 350 is quite comfortable for Pratheek’s height of 6’2”.

It is smooth at lower rpm but at higher rpm the vibrates a lot and the ground clearance of the bike is very low.The suspension is very hard and the rider is very aware of any pothole jump.This bike will not suit people who are taller than 5.9feet.
Honda Highness gives better performance than RE ,
But honda lacks RE road presence and feel . And hunter lacks that RE feel.
It's just color which makes it more appealing.

Much too plain a bike. Meteor Fireball will outsell all 350 models. Hopefully they will sort out the mirror failure issue.

Hello to all, i own a GT650, a piece of advice to all,before buying a RE bike please find a good local mechanic and a genuine RE parts dealer, the bikes are good but the RE service centre guys are thieves,conman and first class idiots😠,if you tell them a problem-their solution is test their test drive vehicle,first they will try to make the customer to feel like an idiot and make him believe that the problem doesn't exist and it is only a customer's imagination,if at all they accept the problem in the bike then they will advice you to change more than 3-4 parts even when the the problem can be rectified by just changing a single part,over and above that even when a customer is paying for the repair and parts then also RE service centre behave like sarkari office as if they are doing a favour on you🤯🥴,never buying an RE bike again in my lifetime😤
