Dude, the way you've stepped up your game, recently, in addressing difficulty subjects in a playful and indirect but very instructive way is unfathomable! Absolutely outstanding job Anna! You're changing people's lives for better!

REWRITE THE CODE!!! this couldn't have come at a much better time because I'm literally having a mental breakdown, lol. It all starts with awareness. Thank YOU Anna, for challenging our subconsciousness that we are much MORE deserving than what we think

You've posted this at such a good time. I've alwaya visualised my subconscious as someone more vicious & malicious, but it'll help tons to see her as an office lady who can work together rather than against.

yeah, it really helps to consciously choose to love yourself, be kind to yourself, forgive yourself for forming these baliefs and even thank the parts of yourself that behave according to those beliefs, because those parts don't actually want you to struggle - they are your own defense mechanisms against an environment that was in some way unsafe. there's no such thing as self-sabotage really, only acting on programming that might be outdated now but was very much needed once. so forgive yourself for having formed it in the past, stop berating yourself for still having it in the present, and guide those little parts of yourself, hand in hand, towards a more peaceful future

    summary notes for myself:
    - identify negative thoughts and neutralise it
    - affirmations
    - visualisations (feel the emotion of the new positive thoughts)
    - it's gonna take a lot of time

Another way to reprogram your subconscious is to observe the opposite being true. For example, when I was born, my family had two dogs and I considered myself a dog person. Then I got a cat and I observed the opposite to be very obviously true.
Now I'm a cat person because I actually challenged the idea of being a dog person which was decided for me when my parents got dogs before I was born. Cats are obviously better because they're more attuned to my personality and it's weird that I ever considered myself a dog person.

Holy fudge the timing of this is insane! I just went off apologizing to everyone I dated previously bc I noted I messed up and self-sabotaged. They were crappy people too but I was partially responsible for the end of everything. I was siting and wondering how do I make it not end like this. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA

This was a very helpful way of framing the issue of reprogramming our subconscious minds. I’ve been working on this through therapy and other ways of healing for a really long time, and within the past year or so I started listening to 8-hour videos of positive affirmations while I sleep. I think it’s speeding up my progress a lot.
In other news, I’ve watched Anna for years but somehow completely missed that bit about her sister. That hit me like a ton of bricks when I heard it! Really adds a whole other dimension to the ways she shares her vulnerability with us. I admire her tremendously. Anna is a real one.

I loved this skit-like informational way to change your subconscious mind. Having to change so much negative programming makes me realize that it’s better to program yourself early in life and you’re really blessed if you can get positive programming from your parents/caregivers early on in life. If you were able to make a skit about how it’s okay to cut out toxic family members and the guilt associated I would really appreciate and benefit from it, as would other people I believe. I don’t know if you are going to see this comment, but I’m just glad to consume your content. I’m glad to have been able to watch you grow and admire who you are as a creator and person. I’ve been a big fan of you since Riley rewind came out

Powerful content. We live in an illusion and it's necessary to spend time uncovering the minds workings so we can fully savor this one life operating in a world of limitless possibilities. I am involved in the same line of work from quantum physics/ subconscious mind perspective and I believe we are the most powerful creator and the world needs to know about how to make your subconscious mind command your wishes. Thanks for this Anna! ♥ the sky is not the limit, the limit is the mind and once you internalize this, we become masters of our destiny! 🙌

I love this take on the process because that's exactly what it's like. Even the stuff that's deeply rooted can become easier to fight because of how successful you've been with other "bad code." The fight is non-stop, but worth it in ways you'll see moreso in the long run.
