You're too generous and trusting. If I'm giving money to someone who says they need gas, I'd say, ok show me your car and I'll put the gas in for you. Same with someone that says they need food. I'd say, ok, what do you want from McDonald's and I'll go get it for you.
It was freezing that night; I felt sorry for these people. Many homeless people die each year during the winter season here in Colorado. Sometimes you have to trust people and hope they are genuine about everything.
What's there to trust? Just give them the money it ain't rock science who cares what they do with it your suppose to be a generous person not a fucking parent.
@@tylersees8287 I grew up in an impoverished world, so my parents taught me to help people who don't have enough and never judge or question their circumstances. Give what you can afford to lose.
There are few homeless shelters, but most people don't want to stay there. In my previous video called chat with a guy who's been homeless for 16 yrs, one of the guys said he doesn't like it there because they wake them up too early and it is always overcrowded. You can check that video on my channel homepage.
Yes, but there are many rules and time frames to oblige. I respect the homeless in that many have a tremendous drive to be free, which of course, is an illusion.
hey 2:28 when the bottle smashes, that's Mike S. sitting on the bench. He lives at 13th and Grant, used to be a drinking buddy of mine but then we had a falling out mid 2016. He got very angry with me because I supported Bernie Sanders over Hillary Clinton during the dem primaries.
@@Noitisnt-ns7mo not sure if this is sarcasm, but if Hillary had won we'd be in the 7th year of whatever war she started for her military contractor buddies.
I feel bad about saying but I think she was taking advantage of you most homeless people don't have cars I've had several ask me for gas money I've given them enough to get a bite to eat but what they asked for is too much and they're more often going to buy drugs with it so never give someone that much money cuz they're basically lying but you can't help them with food and direct them to shelters
Drugs help make a home unnecessary. We all are standing on an edge of a cliff waiting to fall. I never hold myself above anyone in this sorry world, but we are lucky to save ourselves. It's a brave abandonment and act of faith, to selflessly help another. It often does seem to come back. I rarely do it.

So they sell formula crack in Denver and live in BIG camper vans that need a lot of diesel.
Are there shelters where homeless people can stay on those freezing nights in Denver?

He got mad at you just for that? He was never a real friend to begin with, if you ask me.
If only Hillary could have won, everything would have been so rosy.
