  • Hi everyone! In this video, we talk about TV Unit design of our recently completed residential Interior project at Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
This is undoubtedly my favorite wall of this 4BHK. I love the way it turned out, exactly how we envisioned it.
    .
    Let's talk about the materials-
    Charcoal strip size- 8" x 8'
    Costing- 700- 900/- per strip
    Marble cost- 800 per sqft
    Veneer cost- 90 per sqft
    Duco paint- 110 per sqft
    .

Hi. Just for info. While looking at the paneling options, came across pinewood panels. They work exactly like how charcoal sheets here work. But very less costly - 250 to 350 per piece compared to 800-1200 per piece of charcoal. Ofcourse there will be additional polishing cost which would make it 500-600 per piece but still cheaper and original wood and later option to change color by changing the color of the polish.
By the way, love you Nihara, your videos have really been helpful for me to renovate my house in Gandhinagar.

Just one suggestion. Use toughened glass on the base (over the draws). That will make cleaning so easy and protects the laminate from scratching.

Fantastic work ! Your design sense is aesthetic and it’s near to panache. If I design my living room I may not incorporate the mirror but thank you for the tips ! I reckon everyone can’t afford a interior designer . Please 🙏🏻 post more such videos ,as these videos would bring a commoner near to the design aesthetics.
