Forgot to add - for juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk etc the refillable mugs you can buy at the hotel are a god send. I think they are around $20 each and you get unlimited refills at any of the Disney hotels for the duration of your stay. Not 100% sure if the price as we got ours free when we had the dining plan x

could you not have asked the hotel reception for a kettle? Surely they would have one, you are in Disney after all. They have to make the dream of coffee in the morning come true right? hahahah. Have the best time out there!!
The reason about the return flight is because sometimes it's cheaper to buy a return then it is to buy a one way ticket so airlines cancel return legs if you can't make the flight out xx
