I met my husband on plenty of fish in 2009 we met i went home then within a week went back to see him and moved in, engaged few weeks later been together 13 years married 12 years this October :) 2 failed marriages before him, i was 40 when we got together, its never 2 late to get out there

I also had my bike stolen a separate time, in a different part of London When I was a child I was on the train from Washington, DC to New York City for vacation. I had about $80 spending money and I was flashing it about and counting it. A man told me to put my cash away - that someone might walk past and snatch it from a little kid, grab it right out of my hand! Learned my lesson right then and there

I think no matter how old you are, whether you've dated quite frequently or rarely, you are always going to be nervous the first encounter. Hope things went well! I'm at the age of 23 now and I have never actually been on a date. But now I'm currently with my partner who we have been friends since secondary school but we didn't actually get together till 3 years ago this year! However, our first date night was at the cinema to watch the Lion King live action when it came out and the cinema was crowded with parents and their children. Yes, I still cried at the saddest part in the film (I won't spoil if anyone hasn't seen it) but yeah it was an experience. However, when can you feel the love tonight came on, he held my hand through the full song. So I shared that moment with the entire cinema. But overall, I couldn't see myself without him. But anyway, hope things went well. Hopefully, you may see him again and good for you! You get at the age (from what I've heard) and it's a make or break. You either think yeah I think it's time to meet someone or you tend to realise that your much more content on your own and there's nothing wrong with either route. But, it does take alot of courage to meet someone you've never met before which I take my hat off to people who do it because never been on a tinder date or anything like that and I don't think I have the courage in me to do that. Hiya, luckily for me I'm married so don't have to do the dating scene! I don't know if I'd cope now that I'm older! I do have a couple of friends who have gone on dates and said it was so nerve racking! They're like you, not serial daters but just want someone to spend time with and do things with. I remember one of my friends phoned me every 20 minutes for the first hour she was on the date and would disappear into the ladies! He asked her if she's got a bladder problem 😂. After that remark she felt at ease and they carried on their date for another 4 hours! They are now all loved up like teenagers and spend every single day together after work. Been together 1 year and to think she almost brushed him off! The right person will come along. Your a lovely warm lady and deserve to find a good man. Thank goodness I found my Mr Right! I knew a guy since school we are now 37, we kept in touch on the phone, facebook, and instagram. We met up 2020 for coffee and he walked out after 30 mins. He just said right I'm going, and left. Stopped messaging me then a few hours later noticed on his Facebook he went on a date with another lady, he even posted a photo of the two of them together. Not a good experience I was left upset and quite angry he wasted my time. Apparently, he wanted friends with benefits.
