It rather appears that its mains cable also couldn't handle 13A...scrawny (and by the by, are you talking about 120 or 220VAC mains? That has to be either a big production mistake, a contracted repair/rework mistake, or a mislabled fuse.
hey mate I have a walkie-talkie and when I put in place to get charge it simply does not store the charge and I opened up the charger and I found my capacitor fallen off and broken and unfortunately, I lost it and i am sure it was a non polarized capacitor but i have trouble knowing what type of non polairzed capacitor it needs for me to solder back on basically i don't know what capacitor i have to use and what information it should have and whats sutiable

What colour is the capacitor is there any numbers on it at all?
