As you said, not having SPF is ok since we all use separate product for that. I believe it’s good because there are less ingredients that may give adverse effects. Great review as always ✌🏼

The original version, before they added SPF 17, was a lighter, more matte style finish.
N2 matched me perfectly. Great for light with warm, olive tones. It has zero smell and didn’t kick up my rosacea.

I love this foundation on my 53 year old dry skin, doesn’t settle in my wrinkles or accentuate dryness and the biggest bonus for me is that it looks perfectly fine just spread around with my fingers. I have no patience for a brush or sponge and I don’t mind having possibly lighter coverage as a result. It also works great when using the elf hydrating primer first.

Yay, I'm glad you guys finally got the reformulated version in the States. For some reason we got the new version in Canada early last year or it could have been late 2020 which is highly unusual to get new products before you guys. I did a comparison video between the old formula and new formula and I enjoyed the new one better. I haven't really used it much on my channel because I had so many USA viewers asking where and when they could get it and I didn't have the answers for them. So happy I can talk about it now! Hope you're feeling better hun. ❤️

I love your foundation reviews. They have been so helpful on my quest to find my perfect foundation. Have you ever done a foundation ranking? I'd love to see like a top 5 foundations and what primers you pair them with. And maybe even your opinion on what kind of primers work with the different types of foundations. That is one of my biggest struggles is pairing the right primer with the foundations I try. Okay, back to the video!

I got N3 at Walmart. Love it! Perfect color for me. Even with high end foundations I have not been able to find such a great color match.
It's a good foundation! L'Oreal rarely disappoints in the foundation category!

I've used it for at least 10yrs and i find myself always going back to it even when i try others..... I felt the same way about my aqua smooth covergirl when they attempted to discontinue it. Its the only stuff that looks good and feels good on my skin. This seems nice tho and bc of your review i may have to give it a try again!🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

I just got mine from amazon, completely exploded pump broken lol 😂 so it already needs a packaging fix BUT omg it's beautiful. I got w2 and its PERFECT. I love how thin and natural it looks. I never tried the old formula, but I'm glad I tried this

Bought this yesterday for a wedding and was so happy to finally find something that blended into my olive skin. I had to mix 2 shades to create my perfect match but that is normal for my skin tone. Only thing I found was right after applying it, if I touched my skin it wiped right off... I accidentally swiped my nose with my arm when applying mascara and was a little shocked. Had to reapply to my nose. I used setting spray afterwards but was too scared to touch my face after that! Did anyone else find this problem?

When will this new formula/ packaged True Match be available in drugstores and Walmart? I've noticed that the stock of True Match is extremely low at my local stores

Maybe more so for normal/dry. Try the new one from Revlon if you are full on dry skin. That’s a nice one. I have a video up on it too.
I think I'll stick with the one with sunscreen, since I reapply foundation in the afternoon so that I don't have to reapply sunscreen and mess up my makeup or do 2 steps after lunch. Thanks for the review though.

The new formula turns my skin red. Not good for my sensitive skin. I can't use it anymore.
So bummed! This was my daily staple for years, but the new formula colors do NOT match the original. Not even close… off by 2-3 shades. Just FYI before you order online- go to store and check it out in person.

I REALLY wish ALL foundations would stop including SPF 🥲 by now we all know they do NOTHING to protect you from the sun, you just have to use a separate SPF suitable for your skin! But not only that the ones in foundations always break me out 😭 I’ll try this one since I hear most sensitive skins can use this I hope it works (I tried tinted serum one which I’m in love with but sadly… breaking me out 😢)
