Please keep making videos. You are literally my hero. I’m gonna donate whatever I can after I have gotten a job and money has become more comfortable, but remember that you are our hero and I’m so grateful to have you and your channel in my career and in my life. Your videos are so high-quality and while we search and I just admire and I’m grateful for that so much.
One of the difficult topic in medicine to teach You made it very simple I don't know how many weeks u prepare for Ur lectures to make it very simple for us Thank you man You are great
Great video, Just FYI during the management of hypernatremia section. when you talked about euvolemic and hypervolemic it in the chart you showed it was saying hyponatremia (i believe it should say hypernatremia) @approximately 1:47:20
Please upload more of these clinical-based whiteboard lectures for those on rotations in med school and residency! Esp Renal/neuro other pathology videos. So much more educational than the podcasts tbh
Thank you so much sir for your dedication to teach on TH-cam. I'm looking for your further explanation of leprosy drugs and MOA? Do you have video ? I'm preparing for my board exam your videos help me to understand more.
Of your videos, what would you recommend for an aspiring pharmacy technician? I cant think of a better way to get a handle on the pharmacology Im going to need.... bless and thank you guys for all you do, its awesome!!!
I really appreciate your assistance in teaching. I have a question, in the last part of hyponatremia, you said that when a patient suffering from CKD, has less Na in their urine, so why we prescribe ACEI/ARB in CKD patients to control HTN while they have suppressed RAAS?
I’m confused- during the original portion of the lecture for hypovolemic hypernatremia, we said that urine osm low in renal causes and high in extra renal, but in the workup diagram, we have the opposite?
You will always be the goat Prof
You listen to people you help them and love them
We love you too Prof Zach the GOAT

1:47:10 Why would you include two sections about treating hyponatremia under the heading of treating hypernatremia? I assume this is a typo.
Of your videos, what would you recommend for an aspiring pharmacy technician? I cant think of a better way to get a handle on the pharmacology Im going to need.... bless and thank you guys for all you do, its awesome!!!
