    It’s the absolute WORST feeling. I blast AC as well to keep myself as alert as possible. I have to throw my hazards on because I’m so terrified I will pass out at the wheel. They are so severe for me, sometimes to the point where I’m dizzy, my heart feels like it’s beating so fast it will explode, and I feel like I’m going to die.

    I have a friend of mine who has a panic attack while driving to our meetup one time and it gotten so bad that she drove back home very fast and ran into her place and cried. I called her up not because I was angry with her for not showing up but it was because I was genuinely worried about her and I called her just to check in on her to see if she was okay and let me tell you, I can hear the tears and the raw, emotional pain in her voice. She said she felt genuinely awful about it and I told her that it was okay and that I was relieved to know that she was safe and sound and that she was okay. She said that nobody had ever call her to checked in if she was okay nor said that they were relieved to hear that she’s back home safe and sound before and well, it really meant ALOT to her to know that I STILL cared about her enough to know that I would never flat out dismissed her as a friend because she knew how much I truly did loved and cared about her dearly.
    Anyway, my friend, YOU’RE NOT ALONE!!!!! We’re all human and it’s perfectly okay to feel anxious sometimes. A very wise mall Santa that I met, back in 2018, once told me that “even on the cloudiest day the sun STILL shines behind those clouds meaning that no matter how dark it looks, the sun is STILL there and the joy and happiness is there for you as well”. No matter how scary or how uncomfortable things get for you, just know that everything’s going to be okay because you deserve to feel safe, loved, comforted, encouraged and for those who loved you and who really want to help u and be there for you and stay by your side either way. Whether from friends, family or anyone you trust and feel safe with.
    I maybe an autistic women whose probably may or may not have had a lot of panic attacks but I’ve had anxiety attacks due to my fear of failure in school or at work and not being good enough as a person and that I do understand perfectly well the feelings the worthlessness, lack of self esteem, anxiety, depression, self hatred, loneliness, feeling trapped, frustration, remorsefulness, insecurity and the feeling of wanting to get try to better yourself but always coming out as a failure. Plus having been through Covid and being forced to follow Covid safety protocols like many others has been deeply traumatizing for me as well socially, mentally, physically and emotionally.
    The point is, your anxieties and everything mental health related DOES NOT define u for who you are, it’s what’s inside your heart and all the things we’ve accomplished in life that truly defines u for who u are. Some people are not gonna always understand what you’re going through but as long as you have the people who loved you or that special someone whom deeply loves u and genuinely cares about u and will do anything in the world to help u to overcome this, you’re gonna come out even stronger and more courageous than ever and before you’ll know it, you’re gonna surprise people by how far you’ve come in the end.
    Stay strong, have courage, be kind to yourselves, take heart and NEVER EVER give up hope because y’all beautiful and perfect just the way you all are in every way . ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

      @@strawberrydiamond5886 No problem. I just wished there were something I can do for u to help you to overcome your anxieties. I will admit I’m no therapist or specialist, I’m just an autistic women who just genuinely cares and shows genuine compassion and empathy for other people’s misfortunes and hardships.
      I too, also suffered from anxiety and anxiety attacks whenever I get super stressed out at work or school or even get very over stimulated from the sound of crying babies. I’ve always struggled with that growing up and even to this day, I still struggle with it but over the years I’ve learned to overcome and cope with it and I try not to show it around people because I’m very sensitive about my autism, how it can make people angry or frustrated and even test their patience and I tend to be super subconscious about it cause I’m just afraid that people would never understand me and just assume that I’m a bad person. 😔😔

    This will help me in the future... My anxiety attacks started when I was maybe around 16? But the first time it ever happened was at school when I started hyperventilating out of nowhere then suddenly the anxiety attacks started growing. I thought I had a heart attack at a young age but I got it from my mom since she's always had anxiety attacks when she was young. I don't have money to get some treatment or anything for it I just deal with it as calmly as I can but sometimes I get overly emotional and cry which makes it even worse. I'm 20 years old and it comes and goes but sometimes it wants to stay longer
    Actually I don't if im right or wrong. Some says it's more of a panic attack it always one thing and another but im doing a lot of research on my own the best I can

    Quick question. How high does your heart go during an episode? Cardiologist said my heart is healthy after testing.it’s anxiety /withdrawals from quitting weed for me
    I’m almost a month clean but my heart can race up to 130-170 sitting down for a few minutes. 😭 it’s horrible

    • @aFewGoodPets
      @aFewGoodPets ปีที่แล้ว

      My heart rate during a panic attack hit 181 once. Usually that’s super ventricular tachycardia numbers which is a fatal arrhythmia. But no, it’s just adrenaline being dumped into your bloodstream. If your doctor says you don’t have a heart condition then your heart rate being that high isn’t dangerous. My best advice when it’s that high is to splash cold water on your face 4-5 times without stopping to trigger the mammalian dive reflex. It slows your heart rate and breathing. I was in the gym when my heart rate got that high so I just poured my water over my head and face. Got it down to a more tolerable 130 and I was able to slowly calm down from there. It takes time, you have to ride it out at some point. But it does end.

    • @lordfarquaad1701
      @lordfarquaad1701 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@aFewGoodPets turns out it was due my second shot I took for c. 0 vid. My cardiologist looked at my history and realized I had it around the time I got the shot said a lot of his patients that see him got POTS/IST after it for a few months. Said I wouldn’t die from it
      Thankfully I’m 98% normal again but it took 6-7 months and I’m getting off beta blockers.
      I have anxiety due to weed cause my hr was an issue before I got high but getting high made it even worse which gave me a bad trip and sent me to the er that night. 🥲
      Cold water def helps but my episodes last 1-3 minutes. The most they’ve lasted was 20 minutes at 130-150bpm sitting but that was in September
      I’m better now Ty 💜

Severe anxiety can make a person hallucinate to the point of wanting to commit suicide...I'm also an Anxiety Sufferer...I treat it with traditional methods Old Malay.. The method is massaging the body and the testicles.. The massage therapist will squeeze the vein in the testicle... If the vein is swollen it is caused by the wind that has gathered... And when the vein is swollen... All diseases will come including Anxiety Gerd Gastric and many more .. Modern medicine has not found this method yet...And most people don't believe it...But I've tried it and it turned out to be very effective...I massaged 3 times and the results were satisfactory... Now I can eat anything without abstinence. ..
