The only difference is no caboose, no Rear Brakeman, and saving money by putting two trains together as one and it's two miles long. Police and Fire get stuck behind lowered crossing gates. They save the earnings of one conductor and one engineer. Now, how will the crew know when it's safe to start pulling with thieves climbing on the railcars?
