Outstanding trumpet performance and artist. I performed this 50+ years ago on a valved D Trumpet, just before the craze of performing on piccolo trumpet. I would love to hear this performed on a natural D Trumpet by an accomplished performer.

very good but in my opinion far from Andre. Hardenberger did not keep tempo during the high passages. Andre played it more slowly (which is even harder) and evenly.
Schade, dass er das so unrhythmisch spielt (er könnte es sicher) - es ergibt keinen Sinn. Das hat auch mit "Agogik" nichts zu tun - einfach unrhythmisch. Kann ich mir nicht anhören...
