Change is Inevitable|Under the Peepal Tree|Part 9|The Peepal Grove School

In this interaction, a teacher asks Sri M for his guidance to the educators at The Peepal Grove School on how to cope with changes in a rapidly changing and evolving world. Sri M says that the key to moving forward in life is to meet changes head on. This is how one can make an impact and keep pace with the ever changing world that is Jagatyaam (Sanskrit: that which constantly moves and changes). When we have that attitude, we are able to move with the times, handle children with different mindsets and embrace change itself. This is how teachers can help children think and adapt to change not just academically but as they grow into adults and face life. This is why having a small number of children in the school helps bring about the change and development in children.
